The technician was very nice
He told me that I need a new air conditioner .
I asked him if he can just fix a couple of parts in the compressor he said yes
and priced the repair for $1,900
no warranty because my unit was too old .
how ever he priced me a new air system for $20,000 dollars!
I called another company referred from a fellow contractor, he told me that one of the parts ACE recommended to be change was working fine .
he fixed the compressor for $470 including a much needed clean up.
He gave me a price for a new system for $7,500 labor and equipment!!!
For a Trane brand 4 tons Which is the same unit that I have for 29 years!!!
It pays to be a contractor and to know a lot of people in the trades .

Ace Home Services was contacted to perform the annual checkup and service of my home A/C unit. Aubrey was the technician sent to do the job. Upon arrival he was very personable, professional and considerate. His job knowledge was excellent . He checked my entire system inside and outside the home. My system was in good shape and did not need have extensive work that needed to be done. Based on this experience with Ace I would recommend them and will use them again if necessary. A special thanks to Aubrey for taking care of my A/C unit this year. Ace could not have sent a better tech to my house than Aubrey. I'm very pleased.

Stephen Libby is a phenomenal plumber who literally saved my life! I have my water heater, stove, AND heater ALL on propane so when a gas leak was discovered it caused me much distress indeed. Stephen found the source of the leak and fixed it in a competent, timely, and professional manner.

I called ACE Home Services out to repair my AC - they told me that it was dead and I would need an entirely new unit. My house is 6 years old.
I got a second opinion - for them to tell me to come look at the unit - my dog had chewed through the wire. I didn't need an entirely new unit.

I have been using Ace home services now for about six months, formerly AZ Best Plumbing. We had a leaky faucet in the master shower that had been there for sometime. They sent James Peters out right away. I believe he is their lead plumber. Very professional young man. Went right to work and had the problem fixed immediately. Showed us the old calcified part and explained why it leaked. Would highly recommend James .

our water heater went out and we called Ace and their technician. Richard came out right away and not only did he replace our water heater but he took our old one to Home Depot and got a new one because it was still under warranty. He was wonderful and I really appreciate the prompt service because we were having company. we called on a Thursday night and they were here by 9 o'clock in the morning and had it all done by noon. Customer service like that is hard to fine thank you ace home services and thank you Richard Martinez.

Anthony and his crew did a good job. They were efficient and friendly. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the condition of the yard. Large stones scattered, rather than buried and the stones could of been raked better.
