I had ace come to inspect my ac unit and thought they were vary good. the technician that came out to do the work acted like he was in a rust to his next job. did a halfass job. I did get a partial refund for the work that wasn't done. I canceled my membership for preventive maintenance last October. seven months later they took the monthly payment out of my account. canceled membership again and now they won't refund the payment. won't do business with them again.

I had an appointment for a plumbing inspection and Dylan came out and did a good job inspecting and revealing what changes could be done. We did a water heater flush and noticed some irregularities in the water. We discussed and came up with some good ideas. Dylan was a very professional young man and appreciated his input. They don't tell you the prices of services over the phone and now I know why. Price gouging. $325 to clean my water softener. If I had another free day to sit here for a few hours, I would've had it done for $180 with any other company. Not to mention the items they suggest and the price of those.......

We called ACE Home Services because of a sewer water backup at church on a Sunday afternoon. Robert Hill appeared promptly and got the situation contained. He supervised the cleanout and eventual replacement of our pipe near the street. All of their workers were attentive and considerate and kept us updated as they worked through our major project. We were lucky to be in such good hands. Keep their number handy in case you need help.
