We had a leaky sewer line and our regular plumber wasn't available. I was lucky to stumble upon Ace Hi Plumbing and they are now our go-to plumber. They are very knowledgeable, professional and took care of the problem at a fair price. Thank you Ace Hi, we will be calling you from now on for all our plumbing needs..

Called Ace Hi on a Saturday morning as the furnace would not turn on. Mark was on the scene in less than two hours, and figured out the problem (which appeared to be a wiring issue stemming from a recent AC install by a different company. Mark was great!

I just want to start by saying Mark the boiler tech is amazing and well spoken and does a great job at his craft. Now for the down side: My wife called to get an Itemized bill because we just got one lump sum of S850 for a boiler regulator valve part number Honeywell VR8304H4503 and 2 hours of labor . Rick answered the phone and instantly was a jerk and then his wife got on the phone same thing, when asked about the bill. The abrupt defensiveness upon requesting itemization was an apparent reflection of their integrity. We where just trying to figure out why a 155$ part and two hours of labor was so much? They even threaten us, saying they will come to our house and take the part back and leave use with no hot water. We were without hot water over the weekend after a $1085 bill but were told could be around $600-$800 quote. We also had to pay before we got our bill and was sent after payment. I have never seen such terrible customer service . I should have read more reviews on this place, a lot of people are very unhappy with ACE HI.... Not accredited by BBB, shame on us, $850 lesson!

Rude people on the plumbing side. Speaking to Mr. Winters with his short fuse was enough for us. Never again!

Let me begin this review by stating this harsh review does NOT apply to the plumbing side of the business. We have had a wonderful relationship with the plumbing side of the business. We enjoy such a trusting relationship with the plumbing side that we decided to get an air conditioner installed by this company.

Unknown to us at the time when we contacted them right after the COVID pandemic started, that there are two sides to this company. One person is in charge of plumbing and another is in charge of the HVAC side. I have to say that the HVAC side gave us nothing but problems.

We had one of the original air conditioners installed in Loveland, which was around early to mid 1950's. When the owner of the HVAC side of the business came to give us a bid, we warned him that there was a liquid used in the old system that they don't use anymore, and that it was something like ammonia or something like that. He looked around the house, under the house, and by the old system and promptly gave us a bid which included removing the old system. We felt the bid was reasonable until the job was done, but they then said they'd be by within the week to remove the old system. Two weeks went by and they still did not pick it up. My husband called and was told they'd come get it in the next week...etc.. Long story short. We had to pay someone else to remove the old unit because we kept getting lied to about it being removed. It was sitting on our lawn this whole time killing the grass as well. He had to come back to finish the install and when we brought up that we had to pay someone else to remove the unit, his excuse was, ""If we had known that ammonia was involved we never would have bid on it!"" When he finished the install, he turned on our gas again so quickly, according to Excel (the regulator was also original) that they broke the regulator and our house could have exploded.

Finally, we recently had an inspector in our house, and he went down into the crawl space and noticed that the air conditioner was leaking and it had grown mold because of it. So, now we're having to deal with all of that. Long story short, we're so tired of dealing with this person who either outright lies, or just doesn't communicate, and apparently is horrible at the job, that we're more than happy to pay someone else to come in and correct everything he messed up just so we don't have to have him around us or our house again.

If I could, I'd give this guy ZERO stars. We were hoping to have as good a relationship with this guy that we enjoy with the plumbing side so he could maintain the system he installed. Instead, we're more than happy to look elsewhere.

They told me it would 130 an hr , and tried to charge my wife 200 an hr after the job was done . They smoked inside my home leaving my garage with the smell of cigarettes. Also 2 workers came to do a one man job so I was charged 4 hrs . I rarely leave reviews but a business like this shouldn't be in business.

Ace hi has been our main Plummer/Heating/Air Conditioning company for 15+ years. They did work for my husband's work also. This last visit was with a technician we had never seen before. He spent 2 hours to fix our sprinkler and left with it still not finished. He said he couldn't keep chasing leaks. There is only three pipes and he kept patching them. I am no plumber so i had our neighbor come over to take a look. He couldn't understand why Ace Hi technician just didn't replace the 4 ft pipe and the 3 ft pipe. We tried to contact the owner to come look at the mess in the pipes with no results. One tech came by at 10 am with no notice for me to be home, and i was not and my husband is unwell with cancer treatments. We have tried for them to make it right for weeks now and we had a neighbor come replace those pipes. Which by the way was done in 30 minutes.

Our furnace wouldn't turn on so I called Ace Hi. Within 30 minutes, Rick was at the house and had the problem diagnosed. Our thermostat wasn't working so he replaced it and everything worked just perfectly! Quick response, knowledgeable staff, super friendly and nice! Would recommend and will be using again for sure!

We had Ace Hi remove and then put back into place a furnace and water heater. There seemed to be an issue with the water heater afterwards. They blamed the electrical outlet. An electrician came to inspect, and said there was no issue with the outlet. Then Ace Hi could not find the invoice for the work that was done. The main office blamed the technician. The tech blamed the main office. Ultimately, they will run you around and cost you extra money.

I had a backed up sewer line and was quoted $135 to snake the drain. The plumber did show up within a couple hours and spent an hour and a half snaking roots out of the drain. After he was done he charged me almost $100 more than the quote. I noticed when he left that had used my bathtub and my baby's washcloth to clean his machine. I thought it was fixed but noticed after a couple days that the drain was still overflowing. When I called back I was told the work was not guaranteed. I said that I was charged more than the phone quote and the problem was not fixed. The lady who answered the phone said ""you can argue with him when he gets there"". I did not have him come back because the problem was not fixed the first time and I didn't want to be charged any more money.
