Fast, reasonable and reliable, what more could you want. AC was out - other main service company had a wait list of over a month Werley came out in three days and now my AC is cool as I've - all good - definitely will use them again.
Holly B.Great company!! Excellent work and great customer service!!
Special shout out to
Eric, Derrek, Quinn and Bart!
Brenda B.We had a werley tech out to look at our air conditioning unit. We were ok with replacement, if necessary. When the tech suggested that it would be $15,000 for a 1700ft² house, he pushed us towards a $1000 fan replacement that was not just a bandaid but also broke again 3 weeks later. Now we are out the money for the fan and are still replacing our unit with another company.
Fran L.It is now 11 months since I had my system installed. Still very happy with Werley.
Happier with the money I saved this winter on heating bills. To date I saved over $1200 on electric. My house was never that toasty. The humidifier allowed us to breath.
Best thing we ever did to the house. Thank you Werley.
I called Werley to schedule a visit 2 weeks in advance. The day of the appt I skipped breakfast out with friends and then nobody from Werley showed up. I called and found out the repairman had called in sick and they had forgotten to call to tell me. They then arranged for someone else to show up hours later. I explained in detail what the issue was and was told the diagnostic cost was $95. The repairman eventually showed up and I reviewed with him again what the issue was. I have oil and heat pumps with a thermostat outside which switches between the two systems when the outside temp drops below 36F. Unfortunately both systems have been running at the same time. Because of this constant running my electric bill has been $350/month (plus oil). The home is empty with heat set to 50F. Normally it's just $275 when the system was set at 72F inside. So obviously there is an issue. The repairman tried to tell me that it's normal for electric bills to go UP 30% when you drop the interior temp DOWN to 50F! I countered that it does not make any sense. The home is empty. No washer, dryer, fridge or lights on and heat is turned down to 50F so why would my electric bill go UP?? He further explained that when people are living in a home they give off heat and lightbulbs give off heat so a home with 4 people in it with heat set at 72 and the washer, dryer, fridge, 4 TVs, lights, etc all running will cost 30 % less than an empty house with nothing turned on and heat set to just 50F. I'm not sure if I had accidentally put my stupid face on that day, but the laws of physics simply don't support his claim. The root cause for the high electric bills is that I have a heat pump running 24/7 when it should be turning off. That's why my bill is $350. I asked him to check the thermostat to confirm it worked-if it wasn't working this could certainly cause the unit to run non-stop. I returned home an hour later and was informed that he had just disconnected my oil heat, cleaned the oil burner and I now owed him TWO diagnostic fees PLUS another $80 for him to ""explain to me how my system worked"" plus another $275 for the clean. So I was expected to pay this doofus $80 plus 2 x $95 ($270) for him to explain how lowering my heat and turning off all powered items results in a higher electric bill?? In the end he simply disconnected my entire system so only the heat pumps would run (exact opposite of what I wanted). Hell, I have a PhD in electrical engineering. I could have done that all by myself and not missed breakfast with my friends! I hired them to repair my system and ended up out over $450 for a system that's now worse off than when I called them. Spare yourself the aggravation and call someone else.
Called today and talked to Monique about no heat and even though I was a new customer I was treated with a professional and courteous attitude.Monique sent tech Brian out and he was able to diagnose and repair with the part he had on his truck. It has been a pleasure to deal with Werley and I will definitely use them again.
Excellent and thorough service from start to finish. Very timely for each appointment. Great job. Thank you!
We use Werley every year for our furnace cleaning. They are timely and courteous and the technicians are very knowledgeable.
Brett C.Very customer oriented. I had awful experiences just calling other HVAC companies to schedule a repair. Monique was very friendly and willing to work with me. I had technicians the day I requested and they diagnosed AND fixed the problem (parts and all) on the same day. All other places wanted to send out some exploratory techs to charge me a fee, order parts, charge me a fee to come back whenever the heck that was going to be and fix it, etc. With everyone else it was a game but Werley appreciated that people can't take multiple days off of work just so techs can rack up service call fees. Much appreciated and will use again in the future!
Werley didn't do the kind of work I needed, but Don P. was kind enough to give me good guidance on finding alternatives. I appreciate his taking the time, even thought I wasn't a client. If I needed help in the future Werley would be the first heating and AC group I called!
