Ace Duraflo Systems
Company Overview
Our firm provides the innovative ePIPE piping technology to revitalize pipes from the inside. This epoxy coating method utilizes existing access points to sanitize and seal deteriorating pipes on-site, removing the need to replace pipes. This method is typically quicker, more affordable, and much less intrusive than a traditional repipe. ePIPE enhances the durability of plumbing systems and protects the pipes against common failures, such as water leaks, deterioration, tainted water, and heavy metal (lead and copper) contamination.
In addition, we provide our Lead Smart testing program, the first program of its kind, which employs government-approved equipment and an EPA-approved method for analyzing water for lead, along with steps to resolve high lead levels, formal certification, and insured coverage. A LeadSmart Certificate of Compliance is provided to a site after it is assessed in line with current EPA guidelines for lead. Our LeadSmart testing services are reinforced by an first-of-its-kind $1 Million Errors and Omissions Insurance program.
Should your residence, commercial space, building, marine structure, or similar site could benefit from either the ePIPE or LeadSmart services, please get in touch today.

Don't use . Just get Repipe same cost . Had my house done in 02. Though never leaked and lasted warranty . Product was never applied correctly. Have been living with subpar press for all these years .
Point is you will never know how the process turns out till you cut your pipes open .
Had I known earlier would have taken them to court .

I had my water pipes treated with the Ace Duraflow system over 12 years ago. We have never had one leak, or any other problem. Today I found some water leakage. They came right out....they didn't ask me for my original invoice or anything. They had all my identifying information at their fingertips. As it turned out, the water leakage came from my air conditioner. It had nothing to do with the system they installed. Antonio and his partner were so polite and thoroughly investigated the source of the leakage.
I can't recommend this company highly enough. Owners and employees are topnotch....customer service is EXCELLENT.

Strongly recommend AGAINST using Ace Duraflo Systems. Eleven years after installation, I'm experiencing multiple slab and water leaks. Warranty was invalid after 5 years due to the installer going belly up and the parent company won't honor any warranty. We are having PEX installed. Say NO to Ace Duraflo Systems.

I would strongly recommend not using Ace Duraflo Systems, as they do not stand behind their copper pipe restoration process. I was told I had a life time guarantee and a 10 year guarantee If I sold my house to the new owners. Although the repair process went as described and with no problems at all we started to notice low water flow problems. Ace Duraflo added PEX lines to the showers, and that fixed low flow problem temporally.
Now after 11 years the true story is showing up all throughout the house. The plastic lining is flaking off and plugging up everything. Dishwasher, washing machine, water heater problems, shower heads and valving, sink faucets and that is not all this Ace Duraflo system has created problems with. Basically after 10 years the coating that they use starts to delaminate from the copper tubing. we have been replacing water valves and appliance at a rapid rate over the last two years due to the coating that Ace Duraflo injected in our pipes, and they will not do a damn thing about it. (now we are out of warranty) $10,000.00 dollar repair with a 10 year warranty. This company and process is a scam to be nice. Who spends $ 1000.00 dollars a year on home plumbing? Now we are forced to do the repipe that we should have done in the first place.

Bill in Customer Service is amazing! When we had a leak from a valve, they took care of it; efficiently, with a friendly crew; thank you!

Noticed another reviewer who had Ace Duraflow done in 2005....SO DID WE!!! We now have hardened flakes of the epoxy clogging up our pipes! A plumber is here right now having to replace angle stops under our kitchen sink and on the washer pipes also. I fear this is only the beginning of issues. Bill Howe plumbing did our job. They also offered a 10-yr warranty, which wouldn't help us now anyway! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SOLUTION!!! I fear we will be having to re-pipe anyway....after a $10,000. Ace Duraflow job!

On 5/8/07 we had the ACE DuraFlo epoxy system installed in our copper plumbing. Just recently, eight years later, we discovered a hot water leak under the slab. ACE DuraFlo said it was covered under warranty, no problem. The following day they were out to the house and made the bypass repair. The drywall patch and final repairs were completed two weeks later.
We're amazed at how professionally ACE DuraFlo handled our warranty claim. Bill in the front office kept us informed of the process all along the way. There was never any hassle about the warranty even though the leak may have been corrosion from the outside of the pipe and unrelated to the inner epoxy lining (I guess we'll never know on that one). They also let me choose new copper vs PEX (if you're not familiar with PEX, it's worth investigating it before using it).
In every way ACE DuraFlo was a pleasure to deal with. The plumbers and drywall crew were respectful, answered all our questions, clean, highly skilled and professional. We've had many workers in our home over the course of several projects. The ACE DuraFlo employees were top-notch. We completely trusted them in our home.
ACE DuraFlo is a company that stands behind its product and warranty. I'm still shocked at how efficiently this warranty claim was handled. I unreservedly recommend ACE DuraFlo.

Had a complete Duraflo process completed on home in 2005. Entire system has now collapsed inside of my pipes leaving the home without water. In contacting them with contract in hand they are now saying that they think the warranty is only 5 years, even though they still advertise 10 years and now conveniently cant find the file. Even though I have the contract the warranty paperwork is separate. Less than 10 years old and I have to re-pipe the entire home. Paid them $11k in 2005 for just that. This company is beyond a scam and unethical. They do not stand behind their work or their warranties.

We hired ePipe to resolve the reoccurrence of pinhole leaks in our aging copper plumbing. The process went well and they were clean and professional. The day after I noticed the outside irrigation system was not working due to decreased water flow. The flow was so limited that the heads of the sprinklers didn't even pop up anymore. In contacting ePipe / Ace Duraflo they sent out a technician that inspected the sprinklers and stated the flow was normal, and that the irrigation system never worked in the first place. They further made their claim by stating that the dead spots on the lawn (we have dogs and they pee a lot) were evidence that the system never worked. I have provided additional proof by taking photos of areas that show over watering (moss growth) as well as the rest of the lawn is alive (where the dogs don't pee).
The other issues I noticed was in attempt to impress us with the shower water flow the crew removed the shower head water governors. This in the middle of California's worst droughts in which we should all be conserving water.
The company did eventually solve both of these issues but it wasn't without several phone calls and the dedication and assistance of our sales representative (Tommy). He continued to be our advocate and pull what strings he could within the company to help us out.
So, in summary, I have my reservations of using this company. Unfortunately the alternative of re-piping your house is not a cheap one. Proceed with caution.

Near the expiration of our ten year warranty we experienced a slab leak in a water line that had been treated by the Ace Duraflo process. While there could have been a question as to the applicability of the warranty, they effected the appropriate repairs with a minimal amount of damage to my walls. I wish the leak had not occurred, but they did the right thing in honoring the warranty.
