This is the second time I have used Ace to assist with the unclogging of my drains. This time it was the bathrooms. I tried to get other services to come , but they said they didn't come on weekends! Robert came immediately on a Saturday night and took care of my issues right away. He is very efficient! His wife took the call and was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Robert for any drain issues. He also goes the extra mile to check all the drains, just to make sure there are no hidden issues. He has a great sense of humor and goes out of his way to do an excellent job. Thank you .

I was referred to Robert by another plumber who was unsuccessful in clearing my blocked kitchen drain. Heads Up yes, I'm annoyed I was charged for that visit but I guess all in the game of making sure you call the right person for the job..
I had a grease blockage so bad in my residential unit that Robert advised he'd almost given up and would have had to refer me out for a commercial flush. It sounded way too pricey for my likings. Both guys spent about 3 hours trying to clear the grease.. But FINALLY Robert was able to break through. And at a reasonable price.. ergo why I will from now on go straight to Robert because I KNOW he can handle above normal situations and not tear holes in my pockets.

Eh. Had a slow drain, called, made appointment. Robert did show up on time which is a big plus, but he didn't do much. He tried snaking the drain a couple times, but couldn't get the snake to make the turn in the sanitation-t (something which I successfully did later myself), then tried a hydraulic ram which didn't work. Then he gave up, I paid my $65, and he left.

He doesn't upcharge you, he'll tell you what can wait and what can't, and you don't have to take out a loan to pay for his services. We had a backed up kitchen sink for about three days. I called another company when the backup happened and no one got back to me for three whole days. I got tired of the run around with the other company and I called Ace at 1pm. I talk to a very nice woman who told me that Robert would be here in a couple hours. When he got here he was super! He fixed the problem so quick and at a great price! Use these guys they are amazing!

Robert was great. Called him at 8am on a Saturday and he was here in 30 minutes and cleared out my main drain going out to the sewer in 15 minutes. I will use him in the future for any drain issues and tell my neighbors to also use him.
