lovely people, ok service, love my new bathroom, but they didnt pay their suppliers and now they want to put a lean against our house!!!!!! I called a few times and they found the issue and promise to fix it, thats all you can ask of a company.

Told me I needed a new expansion tank and then installed one. They installed one that was too small for my water heater. You would think a plumber would know better. The entire service cost me nearly $250. Don't use this company.

Awesome Company. Licensed & well educated Plumbers. An Honest Company. Ace Company keeps there word, they are punctual, their prices are very reasonable.

Wonderful service from start to finish. I had called a few other water heater repair companies and I was told Monday would be the earliest they could come out to check my water heater. Eeek...no hot water for an entire weekend? Ugh!! I called Ace and they were able to fit me into their schedule today. Everyone I spoke with, from the owner to the repairman, was professional and very customer service oriented. When they called me back to schedule a time, the office person was friendly and explained that I would be receiving 2 text messages from them - one to notify me of the time for the appointment and two (my favorite) to notify me that my technician was on the way and it included a photo of him, so I would know who to expect. I didn't have to sit at home waiting during the service window and I was able to get my errands done. Cooper had everything he needed to repair my water heater and if necessary, to replace it. Awesome. The price for the repair was comparable to the other places I called. It was also a huge plus that they offer a military discount. I would definitely recommend Ace Plumbing for water heater repairs.

We called on a Wednesday afternoon to have our non-working water softener looked at. Cameron arrived at 0930 the next morning. Unit wasn't fixable, so we decided to replace it. He returned to Salt Lake and was back in Park City in less than two hours. New softener was installed quickly. And the price was reason. Will call again if we need a plumber and would highly recommend.

Had a clogged kitchen sink from an unfortunate disposal decision and Cameron came out the next day and took care of it perfectly. Communication was really easy with company and the technician was great about communicating his timeline and the costs. They are awesome to work with

Had an emergency with a ruptured water main. It was muddy and raining/snowing off and on. Hunter was dispatched and was polite and professional. Work was done as quickly as it could be. Very happy customer. Will use them again of I need them.

Based on other reviews, I felt Ace would be dependable. Here is my opposite experience, however: I requested service for a leaky faucet on a Thursday. Ace came the next day, Friday, and said I needed a new faucet and he would be back on Monday to repair. I was home all day Monday. He never showed up. In fact I was home all week but never received even a phone call.
Two weeks later, I decided to try again. I spoke with a scheduler on the phone, (it sounded like she said her name was Annie), who scheduled me between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. for the next day. In a few minutes, I received a text confirmation that the appointment was between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. so I called back to verify which time frame was correct. Annie said there was a glitch in the text message system and the appointment was set for 1:00 - 3:00.
No one came during that time so I called Ace. This time a man answered who said he would come the next day between 3:00 and 5:00 and he would call the office and make sure it was on the schedule with them and if there was a problem he would call me back.
Since I never heard back, I took off work the next afternoon to be home by 3:00. At 4:00 I called Ace to verify we were on the schedule for that afternoon. She said he will be there around 5:00. At 5:15 I called Ace and Annie said the appointment was scheduled between 5:00 and 7:00. I said I'm pretty sure I was told it would be between 3:00 and 5:00 because I took off work to be there. Annie replied no, it was scheduled between 5:00 and 7:00 and she had the recording of the conversation. (Isn't it illegal to record a conversation without the participant's permission?)
I had spoken to no one about an appointment after 5:00 and I stated that to her. She said they had a recording because they record all the conversations so they ""won't get in trouble.""
At 6:26 my phone rang. Since I was expecting someone at the door and not a phone call, my phone was in the other room while I was changing the baby's diaper. I had left the screen door open so I could hear anyone at the door. As soon as I could get to my phone, there was a voice message that James at Ace was running late and because I didn't answer he assumed I wasn't home and I should call back on that number.
I called back immediately and got no answer and called another two times immediately after, letting it ring a long time but could not get through, not even to voice mail.
At 7:22 I was in Lowe's buying a faucet and wrench when I received a phone call and the man said he didn't come because I didn't answer the phone and asked if I would like to reschedule. I said I had tried to call him back immediately to which he replied he didn't receive a phone call and I must have called the office. I explained he had not left a phone number in his voice message and I had called the phone number that appeared on my phone screen. That's the only number I had to call.
It's now been three weeks without use of a kitchen sink. I'll find a youtube video to help me figure out how to change the faucet. Apparently I should have done that to begin with.

Cooper was awesome. He was on time, professional, personable, knowledgeable and left our home spotless!!! Thanks for getting our drains clear.

We have had Ace come by twice now to do work on our house and they have always impressed me with how cordial they are. Asking permission and being very transparent about what they're doing. I don't know if they're the cheapest in town, but I can say that their employees sure are the nicest and that's why we have used them for a return visit!
