Scotty L.I later found out the settings on the Thermostat was not the cause of the issue by other technicians from ace. I have called multiple Ace Technicians over the years and I finally received help. I just with I could have received this help years earlier instead of paying a fee for the diagnostic. But again in the long run eventually they came through. Also Lake Charles area technicians are being bought out which Ace is creating a Monopoly. So let's hope this Monopoly will be a good thing. I will add a 4 Ton Carrier full packed is about $20,000. Just 7 years ago I paid $5500 for a 3 Ton. I'm uncertain on why the price gouging and scared to go through anyone else because of this Monopoly they have created.
Brandi S.One star is highly generous considering what I'm dealing with .. with this company . My AC was inspected in March 2020 two days before moving into my new home .. the report stated no problems .. it's the end of June my AC shut down !! I called the office and spoke to Patrice ... she informed me my air ducts were hung when the inspection happened ( the home was vacant before we moved in ) and somehow my air ducts are now on the ground and my ac coils are so clogged it shut the whole unit down . This company is the worst ... RUN ELSEWHERE !!!
