ACE complete septic and sewer services

The service requested was that they not park in handicap spaces when they don't have a placard or plate permitting them to do so. Apparently the employee operating this company vehicle with the name prominently displayed doesn't care about such a law or how they inconvenience others.

Colt's crew and the office staff at Ace Septic receive my highest rating. We have used Ace historically for septic tank pumping. When I called for a blocked septic line Ace scheduled repairs promptly. The repair team showed up exactly on schedule for both the evaluation and repair.
The repair team was impressive in experience and specialized equipment to do the repairs. Ace prepared a fair cost estimate and worked with me throughout the process to find reasonable solutions.
The lawn looks better after the repair than it did before Ace started; they were careful to restore back to raked level and ready for grass re-seeding. I will continue to use this friendly and efficient company.

I can't saw enough good things about Colt, or the tech Jim & his assistant, very professional. We thought we needed the tank pumped out, pump also needed to be replaced. They came on a Saturday, cleaned the tank enough so that we were able to still use household facilities, back when promised to install pump. Thank you!

Do not use this company!! We had them out in mid December due to sewage backing up in my basement. The guys snaked the lines, got everything running, said it was good to go, collected their money and left (never notifying me that there was an issue with the lines). On 1/14/19 we called them because over the weekend we noticed sewage backing up in to the basement again. They never called us back on the 14th and then finally called mid morning of the 15th. We missed their call and when we called back Alice was EXTREMELY rude to my mom and made it seem like we inconvenienced her by missing her call and she couldnt guarantee that she would have any guys to come out and would call us back. I decided to call Alice, as I am currently unable to flush the toliets in my home and needed to get this resolved. Alice was so rude to me for no reason! I finally had to ask her for a supervisor, because the conversation was clearly going down hill fast and I didn't want to lose my temper with her. She made it seem like a huge inconvenience, came back on at one point and said there is nothing they can do (specifically telling me to find the invoice and read it because they don't guarantee their work and call her back once I read it). Finally I was able to talk to colt (I think that was his name) who seemed nice enough, but he said there must be an issue with my line and the best he could do was give me a discount to come out and redo the work they did a few weeks ago. He didn't know why they didn't tell me that something was wrong with the line (because then I could have gotten it fixed correctly and saved the money I will now have to spend to have it snaked again), but still wasn't willing to make it right. Definitely not giving this company my money again and can't believe they run their business this way. BEWARE!!
