Amelia S.I've had David Klinger of Ace Aire out two years in a row to my house in West Philadelphia to do maintenance on my steam heating system (furnaces, radiators, steam valves, pipes, etc.). He really knows heating systems, he is nice, and he's honest. Last year he tightened a bolt to stop a leak instead of replacing a huge pipe, as another HVAC person wanted to do (and charge me a lot of money). He's great.
