Accuserve was amazing - my old water heater stopped working and Mike was very professional and helpful all the way through. He walked me through my options for a replacement and even checked on some less common models for me. Eventually I settled on a 50 gallon Bradford White replacement and Mike and his son were able to come in same day for the install. His prices were great and the install was quick. A LONG OVERDUE positive Yelp review for Mike and his team, my apologies Mike for this late review. Mike was able to take my very late emergency water heater call and asked me to try a couple of things before he and his team came out. They were able to do a telephonic diagnostic test and recommended that we wait for our Rheem parts to arrive. Once the Rheem parts arrived, Mike showed up the same day and resolved our issues. Mike is honest, quick, and truly a mastercraft at what he does. Will be calling Mike if ever again we run into any issues with plumbing and drain!

Reached out to AccuServe Plumbing and Drain because my 18 year old water heater started leaking at the top near one of the fittings. Because of the type of problem, it forced us to shut off our water so our garage wouldn't flood not to mention the water waste. Not only did Mike respond the same day, but knowing our situation he was able to get us scheduled in that morning to provide an estimate. He and Shane arrived on time and were extremely professional. I had an urgent work situation which forced me to let my wife handle talking to them and getting the quote. They treated her with respect and did not make her feel uncomfortable or feeling like she was getting taken advantage of. That's one of the highest compliments I can give when it comes to getting certain repairs done.

Mike gave us a quote for the water heater replacement as well as suggestions to get our setup up to the current code as we did not have a thermal expansion tank or the third support strap installed (because in 2006 it wasn't required). He offered us his quote and encouraged us to shop it around, which I of course did.

We ended up going with Mike/AccuServe Plumbing and Rain to do the replacement. I also noticed a ball valve/shut off valve that I believed to not be operational, and although they verified it was working normally, out of an abundance of caution they went ahead and replaced it at no charge. After installing the water heater, Mike tested our water pressure to ensure everything was going to stay working well. Turns out our pressure was high and he suggested replacing the water pressure regulator as a safety precaution. He again encouraged us to shop the quote, but we decided to give Mike our business because he and Shane did an excellent job installing our water heater, plus we wanted to reward their efforts since they were able to reschedule another job they had lined up because our situation was far more dire.

In the end, not only was Mike's quote the best but we genuinely felt awesome about supporting a business that came to our needs the same day and was able to do the actual replacement the very next day. Less than 48 hours passed and the nightmare of not having water and a flooded garage was over.

Thanks Mike and Shane! You guys rock and are now our first call when we have any plumbing needs!!

We called to get our tankless water heater flushed. He came at the time window he promised and thoroughly explained the job and quickly got the job done. Price seemed very reasonable. If you need a routine care on your water heater, I recommend Mike!
