I was calling around to try to find a plumber to come to my house same day when a pipe busted inside my wall on a Saturday. With two small kids, including an infant, I was desperate. None of the other plumbing companies could send someone that day. I found Mike's company through the Eastvale Facebook page. There were soooo many GREAT reviews and recommendations - I had to call. Mike didn't have time to come out that day, but recommended some other companies he trusted that I could try to call and he gave me advice about my specific issue over the phone. Apparently Mike could tell I was desperate so he called back to let me know he REARRANGED HIS SCHEDULE to come fix the pipe within an hour of my first contacting him!!! I seriously could've cried y'all! This man is sooooo professional, helpful, honest, timely, well-intentioned. I couldn't be more impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My 20-year-old water heater, picked the week of Thanks Giving to, shall we say, meet it's maker (Rheem ?!!?), shuffle off its Mortal Coil, Bite the Dust. Well... at least it went out with a bang. Needless to say, a difficult week to find anyone repairing anything!

Whenever possible I will use small owner-operated businesses. These can be hit and miss, but the large corporate businesses simply can't match the level of knowledge, quality, and integrity you get when you find the right small business. In this regard I find Yelp ratings very relevant. Along with a great rating, AccuServe has a state contractors license, is bonded, and has no complaints at the BBB. Its like winning the plumbers' trifecta!

Mike and I had several rounds of text messages and phone calls to work out the details and price for the job. In all our correspondence, Mike was articulate, prompt, courteous. His quote matched our actual cost. Never any pressure.

The work was done on schedule, as promised. No surprises. Workmanship was great. He left the water heater closet in far better shape than he found it.

This is a small business, and in my opinion, the owner Mike, takes pride in his work, knows his craft, is ethical, communicates and presents himself well, and takes his life-long career path seriously. His son, Shane, who is learning the craft from his father, was also professional and courteous.

Mike and his son Shane are the most friendliest and honest plumbers I've ever met. They were at my door within 15-20 mins after I called. Thinking there was a leak in my family room, they thoroughly inspected any places in my home where there might be a connection to this leak. Fortunately, with their high tech equipment, a leak was not detected. Mike gave me a lot of useful info and did whatever he can to help me out. If ever I need a plumber for anything, I will definitely call them again!! They were awesome!
