These guys are very honest. We had a large leak from our sprinkler so we had to turn our water off. Mike came to our home first thing in the morning the following day and he was even early. Him and his colleague took a look around the house and suggested we get a sprinkler guy to do the repair using pvc so the pipes don't corrode again and because it'll be much cheaper since their focus is mainly on larger plumbing issues. Of course they were right. We won't hesitate to use them if we have plumbing issues in our home. They are very honest stand up guys.

Had a bit of an emergency the other day at my sister's house. She and Mike are now on a first name basis and when we needed help he was there. Super sweet and really easy going. I asked him a few questions about the valve under the kitchen sink and whether I could replace it myself. Like a gentlemen, he didn't make me feel like an idiot, walked me through a few steps of what I would need to do and said let me know if you need anything else. We immediately made the decision to bring him down and the next day he was there. I was so impressed by his demeanor and honesty. 100% recommend him and will only call him from now on. This review is for the manabloc. Three years ago our manabloc started to have a leak on one of the valve. I called around and Mike from AccuServe Plumbling was able to take a look at the leak. Both him and my husband was able to get the problem resolved during that time. Three years has passed and now another valve started to leak. I knew to call Mike since he help us the last time. I called and left a message. He called back within 20 mins. I explained what happened and he was able to come out to take a look the next day. When Mike and his colleague arrived, we looked at the manabloc and decided it was time to replace it. There was hard water particles built around all the caps. I didn't want to wait till it's too late and where the leak gets bad on multiple valves and it floods the wall. Mike called Viega the company that makes the manabloc. He asked about the process to ordering a new one. The call was on speaker and I was able to hear what needs to be done. Mike and his colleague helped me with the size on each valve. I took detail notes and pictures to send to Viega to help me with the ordering form.
Fast forward, after one month I received the new manabloc. (It was a mission to get it custom ordered.) I reached out to Mike to let him know and we had scheduled the date and time to have it replaced. I was nervous and stressed a few days before. It's the plumbing system that controls the water going through your whole house. Just praying the new manabloc works.
Mike was on time with his colleague. The process was time consuming. Of course we had so many valves/line on the manabloc. Mike was unlocking one by one and vacuuming the access water coming out of each tube. After that was done, he was testing to see if the old lock-in nut will work with the new manabloc. Unfortunately it didn't. We had to use the new connectors . Mike had to cut and crimp each one. When the new manabloc went in, he had to be creative to get all the individual pipeline to connect to the manabloc. Some lines were shorter than others. After 3.5 hours later Mike completed installing the manabloc. I followed his instructions to turn on all the water in the house to let all the pressure out. He made sure all the valve/lines were OK and not leaking before he left. We are so grateful and appreciative of Mike and his colleague. It's has been easy to communicate with Mike through text and he has been so helpful through the process.

I woke up Saturday morning of hosting my sons birthday party with a busted pipe in my garage shooting water all over the garage. I called Accuserve plumbing and even thought they already had a crazy busy schedule for the day they made it out within 2 hours, fixed the pipe and saved our party!!!! Had to call for a busted water pipe I caused trying to detach an old stuck water hose from the spigot. They are a local business in Eastvale Ca. They answered my call right away.
