Accuserve Plumbing is a great, honest plumbing company. We had our water heater leak and seep through the wall into our house. We had a home warranty that came with our new house but after waiting 3 days for an appointment and then the plumber who came out telling us that it would be another couple days before it was replaced was just unacceptable. We called Mike the night it happened for a quote because the warranty company couldn't come right away. He advised us to wait for our warranty company to come because it would save us money yet helped us over the phone with draining our water heater so it wouldn't cause any more damage. After the warranty plumber came out 3 days later and told us it wouldn't be replaced the same day I called Mike right away because my family had been without hot water for 4 days. I was willing to pay for quick, reliable, honest service to have hot water again. Mike and his son squeezed us in and were out to our house within an hour and a half with our new water heater. We will definitely use Accuserve plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

I hardly write up a review but I must do today to express how much I appreciate Mike's high quality services!

We had the water pressure regulator problem for about three weeks. We have called around and asked several plumbing companies but none of them makes us feel professional enough or trustworthy enough.

We finally found Mike. He was even trying to help us over the phone to see if it's something can be fixed easily with his 'free' instructions. Turns out he has to come to help us out.

Mike and his son figured out the problem right away, not only about the water pressure regulator but also our toilet flush that's making sharp noise and loosing water.

The job was accomplished so quickly and precisely with such a reasonable price! I highly recommend AccuServe for plumbing work! This company is so honest, knowledgeable and professional!

Mike and his son came within 30 minutes from my call. He fixed the leaking lever on my pressure gauge and explained to me why it happened. He also helped me fix my outdoor faucet project. I give them 5 stars and will recommend their business anytime.

My mom's had a plumbing emergency with a broken pipe and water was dripping down the outside of her house and down the walls of her office. It was a Saturday, late afternoon, and in a panic I started yelping 24 hr plumbing services.

I came across Accu Serve and gave it a shot because they had good ratings and seemed close enough. Let me tell you, they sure lived up to their 5 star rating! Mike and his son, Shane, were able to come out within 30 mins and had a diagnosis right away. They got on the repairs and instructed my mom about calling her insurance company and got another company they work with to come out right away and start the drying process. I appreciated his help so much, especially because my mom lives on her own after my dad's passing 3 years ago and doesn't really know how to deal with issues like this since my dad handled everything. He made it so she really didn't have to worry about doing much footwork other than calling her insurance company.

They are truly honest people that take pride in their work, and it shows 100%! Not only were they prompt, made me feel comfortable and grateful that they didn't take advantage of my mom, but they're just friendly and kind at their core. Can't thank Accu Serve enough for all the help!

Mike and Sean came to the house well within my appointment time. Friendly, knowledgeable and polite. To rooter by upstairs sink. Their original estimate was $85 total. No fee to come out. I needed an extra pvc pipe they installed for free. But had to locate the blockage. Mike quickly figured out the location and had to do a clean out. To reach the spot, he proceeded to do some custom work, less expensive, but quicker because he diagnosed the spot of the blockage, and it didn't require the entire clean out. Quickly, efficiently, and correctly cleaned out the total blockage. I would completely recommend Accu Serve plumbing and leak service to everyone. Fair, and extremely honest. As well as prompt and efficient. 5 stars isn't enough for these guys.

Mike is seriously a miracle worker! He diagnosed and fixed a water problem that I've been having for 2 years in literally about 3 minutes. He was so polite and friendly, and showed up on time. Those are qualities that are hard to find. Just call him. You won't find a better plumber!

I just had problem with the faucet of the bathtub. I searched on yelp and asked a quote from several different companies on early morning. Mike is the first one replied to me and told me what the problem. When he came in, he just fixed the problem in a few minutes. Super professional and nice! Don't call around, just call Mike.
