We moved to a new home six months ago in the same neighborhood. One thing led to another, so getting the septic pumped out at the new place went by the wayside. Yesterday decided to call a vendor to get that done. Noticed while reading reviews, our previous vendor's reviews had gone way down hill after ownership change. Decided to give Accurate Septic a try after seeing so many positive reviews. And so glad I did. They put us on the books for first thing in the morning the next day. Their truck arrived early. Met the very pleasant, knowledgeable technician. He quickly located the pump out and begin his job. In less than 45 minutes the job was finished. The price was much less than the competitors. Remarkable service, efficient and arrive when they say they will. No point going anywhere else.

made an appointment on a Friday for a septic pump out. I was given an appointment for Saturday between 10 and noon. No show, I called answering service put me on hold for a half hour never answering again. I called Monday was told the driver never saw my work order and 3 others. I asked when would I get service was told the company couldn't help me that his driver was on vacation now. Their resolution, I was instructed to call Cookes Septic services.

I've never owned a home with a septic system, and now I own two, my primary and my mothers home. Accurate was able to come out when we had a minor problem and they were able to take care of it on the spot. They gave me some tips on what to do and what not to do. They inspected the system, cleaned it all out, even offered a discount since I was doing two homes. What a great group of professional people. I highly recommend.

Why would you call for sewage pump-out and the receptionist would ask for your credit card before work was done? Never experience such nonsense. Plus was told it would take 4 weeks for appointment. Something is wrong with that picture.

We called to have our septic tank pumped. It started out rough as my wife scheduled a Tuesday at 430 appointment. They called at 430 saying they couldn't come and rescheduled for Wednesday same time. Wednesday came and we hadn't heard from the company. They did show up but not at 430. They arrived at 515. It wasn't a big deal but I could see how usually this is a potential problem. The driver came out and shook my hand with a smile. He then found my septic and the opening to it pretty quick. I was impressed. When he pulled it open it was noticed this tank has not been maintained in years. He guessed 5-10 years. He pumped it out pretty quick. I was told an hour but didn't take more then 30 minutes. I would use these guys again. He even took a look at my neighbors yard as well. He ran out of time to take care of it today but maybe they can reschedule for a different day.

Accurate Septic provided me excellent service. Earlier in the day as I sat at a traffic light two cars back from a septic truck, I remember saying to myself I should take down their number. But with a name like Accurate Septic, it was easy to remember. My septic system developed a problem that same evening and when I called them, the answering service answered promptly and gave the name of the person that would be calling. Less than 15 minutes and David Whiteside called, asked a few questions to get a clear picture. He gave me the name of the driver who in turn called within minutes to give me his arrival time. Serafin came within 20 minutes and found my septic very quickly, pumped it out and all is well again. I thought service like this was a thing of the past, thankfully with such an important service, great service is still alive and well.

I have used this company twice. Not only are they speedy coming out but they charge half of the price of some of the other companies. The same tech came both times, (every 2 years) was speedy, pleasant explained all about septic tanks to rookies who never had one . I will use this company again.
