don't show up when they are supposed to, don't answer or return phone calls, and after being paid did not finish or complete the job that was agreed to.

Called Cliff on a Saturday morning and he answered immediately. Came within the hour to our condo in April Sound to fix a leak and broken pipe. He was very professional and his repair cost was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Cliff and his company.

Alex came out to find and repair the cause of a leak in my water line near the street. He dug a hole in the yard about about 16" deep and 20 inches across, and located the leak (caused as a result of a poorly installed PVC connection from when my house was built 13 years ago). He repaired the pipe, and then demonstrated to me that the repair would hold against higher pressure than would likely develop. He refilled the hole, replaced the sod of grass that he had cut out, and removed all signs that any work had been done in my yard. The yard looks the same as it did before the leak developed! He was done in less than 2 hours, from arrival to departure. And, the charge for the work was less than I expected.

Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and he was respectful of my yard and my time. I strongly recommend Accurate Plumbing for solving your plumbing problems fast. They really showed their commitment to quality and service!
