These guys came as a part of our home warranty service. They were rude and unprofessional. They didn't even introduce themselves as being with a plumbing company when they came to the door.

Accurate plumbing fixed my clogged sink as part of my home warranty. Not only did they do a great job, they came out the very next day and worked around my work schedule. Accurate plumbing was friendly, on time and cleaned up after they had completed the work.

Accurate Plumbing did a water heater replacement under home warranty service for us. 4 months later I have leaks and rusted connections. There are galvanized tees on copper, they left an old shutoff valve and put a new one in front of it, not removing the old one. They did not plumb the drain pan or discharge pipe into the floor drain pipe. They charged me $265 over the cost of the warranty fee for the permit ($40), two outside faucet vacuum breakers ($6 each at most) that wasn't even what they were there for, a aluminum drain pan ($20-30 at most), and the rest haul off fees. About $180 for haul off. Really? Now I have to have another plumbing company come fix all the plumbing to be right instead of half done. They couldn't believe the shoddy work and they fact it even passed inspection. I guess if the inspector had actually used a light in the dark closet it's in and looked for more than 5 seconds he wouldn't have.
