Go elsewhere. This company has changed for the worse in the last few years. We returned to them recently after four past satisfactory jobs. (notice that all the 5 star reviews are several years back)
We had them out to clear a tub drain. The tech did nothing more than clean the hair trap. The next time several days later the tub was used for the first time, it didn't drain. I called back; they told me their warranty on drains is 24 hours only. The website simply says ""we guarantee all our work"" and there was nothing on the invoice about the alleged warranty. They charged 175 bucks. They staunchly refused to cover their work and a request to speak to higher-ups was never fulfilled.

Our main water pipe"" broke"". Had to shut off all water to house & yard Called this company & we all fixed up. Would recommend them for any plumbing situation..

I've used Accurate Plumbing several times and they had been GREAT to work with, so due to a plugged sewer lateral I naturally called them first to replace the line.

They sent a tech to TV the line. The tech didn't talk to me before he ran the camera down the line, nor did the person I spoke to on the tele a few days prior inform me that there would be a charge for them to come out and scope out the project. After he was done he said I owe $185!! I refused to pay since I didn't need the line tv'd and didn't ask for it - they did; and I was not informed there would be a charge for them to scope out the job.

That is just plain poor business practice. I should have been informed there'd be a charge and then I could decide whether to proceed or not.

A few days later I received a bill in the mail. Unacceptable!!

Keep in mind that this version of Accurate Plumbing is not the same company as it was a couple years ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Had a leaking main waterline to our house, under the driveway. They came out and assessed the job, and sent a crew out the same day, and fixed it in just three hours. Great crew of guys, friendly, courteous, fast, and professional. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Accurate plumbing.

I can understand waiting 10 days to have them look at my leaking hot water heater, however when they confirmed my 4 hour time slot, I did not hear from them until the tech called to say he was on his way (a couple of minutes before the end of my 4 hour time slot) unfortunately I had a previous appointment and had to cancel the service!!!!! Hopefully the next company I contact will be more considerate!!!!

We called them out as we had some clogged drains in the showers and fortunately they were able to come out quickly.

He smugly cleaned the traps at the plugs and left, charging 165.00. I get it, I was a tech as well, I understand business. However, twice since it has backed up so we got a snake and found all sorts of nastiness down in the pipe. Works like a champ thanks to my wife.

Avoid these guys, there are better choices out there...

While the Plumbing techs that have come out to snake our toilets has been very friendly, make sure you don't ever have any major plumbing issues because they are pretty much worthless at helping with anything above that. We have had a busted pipe in our house for 4 days. They aren't even able to come out for two weeks and only are saying this after we basically had to catch them telling us they didn't want to underneath the house. The customer service representative was rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this company ever. Take the time and find a more responsive company.

own the Subway in Eagle Point and was in immediate need of a Plumber. I called on 02/22/21 to get an Emergency Service (standing water and leak by the back Fountain Machine). I explained that we needed someone immediately and that we had used them before. the lady on the phone explained the I (Subway) had never used them prior. I gave her our business name and Subway and she again said we were not in their system. Not 5 minutes after getting off the phone an email was sent to our Subway email that we had a past due about of $141.55. I immediately called back (confused) and asked how we had a past due amount if we had never used them. She said the found it under my name. I then asked again can you get someone out to look and her comment was, ""as I said we don't send out techs out if you have a passed due invoice"" I said your comment was originally that we weren't in the system and had never used Accurate to now saying you wont send them out because of a past due bill. And not only that but this was a bill that was supposed to be sent to the landlord of building so it could be paid.

To finish, if we did owe the money we would have paid it immediately but this is owed by the landlord. But this review is honestly about how the front office handled this situation. I will never use their services for my business or home again. Good luck in dealing with this group

We have used Accurate for a variety of projects over the last 6 years for both gas and water. We have never been displeased with the price or quality of work. The customer service is fantastic and reliable arrival times. As we continue to update our home, we will definitely be requesting them for any plumbing related services.
