We had them come out and plumb for a basement bar. The area was once a second kitchen so it was just moving things. Within an hour of them leaving our entire basement flooded. They did come back but said the best they could do was replace one valve and turn the water off. Thousands of dollars in a newly renovated basement and that was the best they could do. It took days for the owner to reach out and instead of making it right they offered a discount on our next job. We had to rent fans to ensure the wood floors and carpets weren't ruined and purchase all new towels. Now a few months later - NOTHING that they installed works. The dishwater leaks, the sink leaks....my husband spent hours fixing the ice maker and money to switch out lines. It seems like we keep finding issues. Very disappointed. For what we paid we shouldn't have to have buckets under the sink and our dishwasher shouldn't spray water.

Its never a good experience when you need a plumber in an emergency situation, however, this company was amazing !! Professional, knowledgeable and was able to come to my house within a few hours of calling. Will definitely use them for any future needs.
