As a new homeowner, I wanted to waste no time replacing the existing 10-year-old gas fired hot water heater. Accurate Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was referred to me by another contractor in the area. Sean came out to look at the job and to provide a quote. I was impressed with his knowledge as he answered my questions. Hope was very professional as she scheduled the installation. Today, Sean and Zach showed up as promised, removed the existing hot water heater and installed the new one. They were very respectful of my home as they covered the floors that were used in the removal and installation process. The work was completed in a workmanship-like manner, giving attention to detail. While they were here, and at my request, they also replaced the outdated supply lines to my washing machine with braided stainless-steel lines. I am happy to give Sean and Zach the highest rating as they've earned it!

I was referred to Accurate Plumbing by another plumbing company who was unable to come to my home for an emergency problem - my bathtub spigot wouldn't shut off after my daughter had showered. I basically went down a list of local plumbers after being unable to contact my regular plumber. When a plumber was unable to come out for a week, he recommended Accurate. They sent a professional to my house very quickly & I knew right away that the gentleman who showed up was very knowledgeable, & he was friendly & professional as well. He fixed the issue very quickly, explained & showed me what the problem was, & the price for the repair was reasonable. I cannot remember the gentleman's name, but based on his excellent work & demeanor, I will call Accurate first when I need a plumbing or associated repair. We've used Accurate Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for all of our plumbing needs for the past 10 years and we've never been disappointed. During that time, in addition to regular and routine inspections and minor repairs as they pop up, Accurate has replaced our main house water shutoff valve and coordinated with the water company to that end, installed a tankless hot water system with a natural gas supply upgrade, and made arrangements for piping of natural gas to the exterior for an emergency generator. I honestly would not consider changing plumbers and am extremely happy to have this relationship.

Paid 2761.51 in total to still have the same problem but worse. We were told by the company to pay someone else and that they cannot fix the problem. 3 attempts but the job is too much for them with No refund, no solution. You can imagine we are VERY unhappy with their ""100% guarantee"" and the way this was handled. I hope no one else gets ripped off by this company.
