Probably the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. Jose, tech for this business is greatly knowledgeable and his demeanor are the best I have ever seen. Don't waste your time and money with other outfits.CONGRATULATIONS TO ACCURATE PLUMBING AND TO JOSE.

Jose is a good man..a gentleman..and replaced old shower fixtures in the bathrooms of our new-to-us home on Monday.

After he left, we had zero water pressure unless it was early in the morning. Today, the Friday of Thanksgiving, there is NO WATER at all. Immediately got in the car to go to the city water office, only to find it closed for the holiday. Went home, checked account (that I had set up for auto-pay) to see if something had gone wrong. Nothing wrong...bill paid. Tried all I could do, so went next door. Neighbor immediately came out--and turned the water on!

It might be easy to overlook a mistake like this, but...family here, THANKSGIVING time....yeah. No.

Worst possible outcome is having an issue calling your insurance or home warranty and they send some low cost horrible rated business like this one. Very unprofessional.
They installed some facets and cracked the whole granite sink while cutting the new holes for the handles. Then when I told the worker he tried to deny it but we had take. Pictures for before and after shots. Then he said the company would replace it. It's been about a year I call 4 times a week multiple calls multiple voicemails and nothing ever happens or even a call back. Only choice is small claims now but what a waste of time that is.
P.s. American home shield warranty is the freaking worst. Same thing with AC they send these guys with little to no experience. DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR THE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD WARRANTY

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worst plumbing company ever. They are a contractor with First American Home Warranty. First, they couldn't come out until 3 days after I filed my claim. Then, they came out and supposedly fixed the issue, but they really didn't. I contacted the home warranty and they said the contractor had to come back out. I contacted Accurate Plumbing again to schedule a second appointment. WORST Customer service ever. They guy just doesn't give a crap that you can't use any of the water in your house. He literally told me, ""We're not sure what to do. We don't know if we can fix the issue, so I can't tell you when we can go back out."" THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I don't know what kind of vetting system American Home Warranty has for it's contractors, but this shouldn't reflect well on them either.

The ABSOLUTE WORST plumbing company! They NEVER answer their phone nor do they return phone messages. They were referred by First American Home Warranty to replace our water heater, ANOTHER shotty company that only sends out at-home garage based small companies. They also charge for items that don't even need replacing. Extremely Unprofessional, Inept, and Unreliable.

Absolutely terrible company. They don't even deserve 1 star. These people are shady. They never answer their phone, they take days to respond, and the owner has terrible customer service. They were sent to my house through AHS to fix what they thought was the manifold, but never inspected or looked at it due to the ceiling that was in the way. They put in a quote to AHS which OF COURSE included hot water line modification (how the hell did they determine that without seeing where the leak was?) and I was told I'd have to pay 175 out of pocket. This company came out several years ago fixed a different manifold and nothing out of pocket, why now?? When we asked the owner he said ""we got lucky"" they didn't charge us. Really?! Unfortunately my water heater went out the following day, so they had to come check that out too. Of course it was going to be 290 out of pocket. This company only has a PO Box located in Seeley, Ca and there is no office to show up at and ask questions. These people are crooks! Don't use them!! Trust me!

This company operates on the fringe of acceptable business practices. They are contracted by American Home Shield (AHS) under the terms of our home warranty. They were hired to repair stoppages, and a leaking shower valve in July 2018. Here we are in January 2019, and still trying to get our plumbing repairs completed. When they came out the first time they ran the pipe-snake, but failed to remove all the stoppages. They misreported their responsibility under the terms of our contract and failed to inspect and diagnose obvious issues with the plumbing that would escalate the repairs and require additional authorization from AHS. *Beware! They are not licensed to do business in the City of El Centro. They are also not registered to have employees with the California Contractor Licensing Board; which exposes the customer to injury liability issues.
