I had to use this plumbing company thru my home warranty, Fidelity Warranty. The gentleman that came out, was very nice, got my disposal to work, but then there was no water going to my dishwasher.
They told me that it was because there was no airgap. Receipt reads, 'Need to talk to FN warranty to get authority to install air gap'. They never called me back. I called them multiple times. The gentleman that came out was out of the office for a week and I would have to wait til the next week to have him come back out.
When I called today i spoke to the SUPERVISOR and was very nice, simply explaining my situation. She cut me off, was so unbelievably rude, told me it was Fidelity's issue not hers. She even had the audacity to tell me I never spoke to anyone regarding having the same guy come back out. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said ""I'm not rude, you're rude!""
When I told her that I was going to call the warranty company and tell them not to contract out their company anymore, she said ""That will never happen!"" And she hung up on me!
Funny, because when I called the warranty company and told them what happened they made a report to the relationship manager who handles all contracts.
All of the reviews talk about their ridiculous lack of customer service. AMAZING!

I read the 5 bad reviews and was VERY weiry. But, we had a completely different experience. We made a 9am-12pm appointment on Saturday and our guy Jay. He arrived at 10am and took care of our backed up kitchen sewer lines and now they work awesome. He was polite and gone within 30 minutes. I recommend Accurate. Having owned a small business, I know how critical these reviews are to the business.

Like other reviewer, my bad experience is the same...never ever use this company. This company guy was send by our home warranty company. My water heater leaked and guy gave written report to me that it is due to normal wear and tear while he gives absolutely different report to the home warranty company. I dont' trust them. When I called this company the supervisor does not have time & patience to listen to you and was rude. Never use them. AHS uses them as a contractor

WOW, are these guys bad. We had a toilet leak, called First American, who sent Accurate to our house on Tuesday to determine the problem. I was told that they had to order a toilet and would be back out to replace. Assuming the same toilet would be ordered, thought nothing more of it. I was out of town when the job was done and came home to find a ""builders grade"" toilet installed rather than the high end toilet I started with after a remodel. Additionally, they didn't seal half of the toilet base and where they did, left calk spread on the floor.

When I called them, the ""supervisor"" yelled at me, told me it wasn't her problem, said ""this conversation is over"" and hung up on me.

These guys are terrible and NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM.

I am canceling First American because of this.

RESPONSE TO LAURIE: I was not yelling, but since you repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to explain the situation, I had to raise my voice just to be heard. Secondly, our conversation was the THIRD call to you from either me or my wife - the first two calls unreturned. You provide a service to a customer, not a favor, a service which you are paid for. You might consider treating customers with some respect.

My home warranty company American Home Shield, contracted with Accurate Plumbing. On Oct 20 Saturdy, I contacted Accurate Plumbing because my water heater was leaking. Was told they'd come in to take a look on Monday. They did arrive on Monday afternoon, but they said they woudn't be able to replace it until Oct 24 Wednesday because they had to order from their distribution center. So we had over 4 days without hot water. Among the 4 days, I made numerous calls back and forth between American Home Shield and Accurate Plumbing, otherwise, it would have taken longer. Their front desk service rep threw really bad attitude and showed little patience, either telling me that the claim belongs to her supervisor, or not returning my phone call.

But that wasn't the worst. On Oct 24 after the service was done, I paid $300 for uncovered items and $60 for service call. But today I found my credit card was charged with $360 again on Dec 11. I called them, and again the front desk service rep (a different one though) not only didn't appologize, but claimed that I jumped on her for the blame. OMG, do they really think that customers would like to call them if they don't HAVE to?! These people don't have any sense of customer servicing, nor the very basic customer service training. Was told their accounting department would call me after new year. I will see. But based on my experience, I may have to call them again instead.

So stay away from this company if you could. And I will also file a complain with American Home Shield about this contractor.

Ridiculous! These guys are a joke. They sent out a plumber 3 times, smelled like cigarettes and left hand marks everywhere. It took this guy 3 visits to tell us NOTHING! They have been giving us the runaround, and judging by everyone else's ratings of them on Yelp, I'm not the only one that feels this way.

My home warranty setup an appointment with this company to come out on Sunday morning. I got a call at 7:45am telling me that they would be here between 9am-noon, and I asked for a call 30 minutes ahead of time.
They had problems calling my cell phone, but I did get a message on my backup phone number. They arrived around 11:30am, and were super fast to snake the drain. He had me run the water for a few minutes after to help the drains clear while he watched. He was super friendly and had suggestions as well to avoid problems in the future.

I saw the reviews already posted and almost did not use this service. But everything the plumbing company finally did was correct and professional. The person who set up the appointment was polite and communicative. The plumber who came knew his profession. I have no complaints. Either they have changed, or people generally write reviews when they have a complaint. Thought I would at least share my experience.

Very similar to the other reviews listed below.

We had a Home warranty issue and scheduled an appointment. Service person arrived without a snake, he left as quick as he arrived and stated I would get a call the same day to get another person with right equipment out there. No one called and when I called them they were rude, asking questions ""what do you mean he didn't have a snake with him?"" ""We don't have a record of him even showing up?""

After listening to the rude phone service person I was able reschedule and another service person came out and corrected the problem, a simple clog should have been handled during the first appointment I initially scheduled.

Called for appointment. Phone service was horrible and rude. Tried to ask a question. I was confused by their answer and thus i kept asking to get more information. Their rep said i have already told you that. I dont feel like im an idiot. I have no way to eval their actual service but their representative on the phone was rather poor. I will not be calling this company again. just sawe other comments. Sounds like similiar phone experience.
