I called my warranty for service and these guys were contracted to do my plumbing. They called me the next day wanting to come the following day. I told them it was short notice and I wouldn't be home and wanted to know if they can come later during the week so I can make time to meet them. They didn't want to work with my schedule and they asked if I can get a neighbor that could meet them there at my house. I told them that's not happening. The guy was kind of standoffish and he didn't want to work with me. After reading their reviews glad I didn't have them come work on my plumbing.

This company was sent to me by First American Home Warranty and they claimed that there was modifications to the policy that needed to be made that wouldn't be covered in the home warranty. Therefore they charged me $290 on top of the service fee because they said certain procedures weren't covered.
To me it sounds like any company contracted out for repair can tell the home warranty company oh there needs to be modifications done that aren't covered and get away with charging the customer whatever they want for those modifications. There is no way to prove what they are saying needs to be done, actually needs to be done.
And on top of that the workers that did my repair straight out told me its a way for the company to make more money off the customer is to just make modifications to the policy in which they know those things wouldn't be covered. I should have read the previous reviews on this company before accepting them from First American Home Warranty. Super sketchy!!

The worst plumbing service I have used in San Diego. The women on the phone is rude, they failed to show, and several of their repair jobs failed again after a few months. The plumber was difficult to understand and seemed upset to even be at the job repairing the toilet. I strongly recommend you use another company. First american home warranty uses them in Sa Diego. If you have a choice ask for another contractor.

This is great!!! Continues 1 star reviews!!! I was logging on to see if they were still in business because it is just a matter of time. Remember friends, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Even if it is through home warranty it's not worth it!!!!!!

I wish I could say the reviews speak for themselves, but my experience went beyond bad service, it was criminal. Like others, they were sent by my home warranty repair, they not only did not fix the issue, they caused extensive property damage and took no accountability. When I say property damage, i mean massive, smoking gun, the guy caused major property water damage. If you want to know what you are dealing with check out the owner response... it says it all. Do your self a favor, don't just walk away from them - RUN as fast as you can. Somewhere/sometime their lack of ethics will catch up with them.

I've got a 60 year old house with crappy plumbing and I don't have enough $$ to do the work on it that really needs to be done, so I've really made use of my First American Home Warranty. My problem is always backed up pipes caused by stupid tree roots, and I find that I have to use my warranty every 6 months or so. Seriously, we've used our warranty on plumbing issues about 10 times since we bought the house 4 years ago.
I'm not 100% certain on how they choose the companies that they send out for the Home Warranties, but honestly I've really been satisfied every time they've assigned me with Accurate Plumbing. Very happy with their tech Brian, who has been to our house three times now, and has been helpful with informing us of what products we should be using, things to help prevent backups, etc.
One of the other plumbing companies that we were assigned through our warranty (I will refrain from naming) would not complete a snake job because our pipe was too long and apparently their equipment wouldn't reach. Said they could come back outside of warranty and complete the work for a minimum of $350. The same warranty company also failed to even get close to a massive pipe repair job, telling us that we had black mold growing as a result of the pipe leak. They refused to do the work and charged us for the call anyhow, even though it wasn't black mold... it was just sludge. Stinky sludge.
I ended up just babying the leak with some Flex Seal until it wouldn't hold anymore, and put in a new claim, to which I was assigned Accurate.
Brian came back out and had no problem taking care of this problem, when the other company wouldn't. He replaced the main pipe and told us what to keep an eye out for. It's been a month or so since he's done this repair and we've had no problems.
Because of my old house and it's stupid issues, I've had to learn to be a little tolerant and patient when it comes to ANY company that is sent out by the First American Home Warranty. And like other reviews, yes, Accurate's turn around time probably was a little longer than if I had called up a more commerical and expensive plumbing company. But I didn't get duped or overcharged. I paid the warranty copayment, and that was it! TOTALLY worth the time I had to take off from work, and I needed to get other stuff done around the house anyways. LOL
The customer service I received from Brian has earned 5 stars for this review, in my opinion.

Undeserving of a star!!! I agree with the other reviews on here.. these guys are the worst ever!! They too were sent to me though my home warranty company, First American Home Warranty. Their tech was unprofessional, and made untrue facts on his report, and never called back when he said he was going to. The lady in the office, Talk about the worst customer service in the history of the world!!!!. SHE WAS RUDE, FLIPPANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT HELPFUL, She yelled at me over the phone................ I called my home warranty company and demanded that they give my job to another company with which I had a good experience (Emergency Plumbing Services) DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY ARE INEPT

Unfortunate that yelp doesn't have a zero star. Worst company ever. Terrible service. Made me wait on my appointment and when I called to check, the woman on the phone says that I have a different appointment time. We had called earlier to request a different appointment time which they had declined since they did not have a slot for the time that we wanted. Now, this woman was telling me that our appointment was scheduled for the very time slot that we wanted it changed to! When I stand my ground on the original appointment time given to me, she says she will talk to her dispatcher and call back. When I don't hear back after an hour and call again, she promptly picks up the call, puts me on hold for a good 15 mins and transfers me to ruder guy who is like "" do you want us to come or cancel"" and hangs up on me. I wish there were criminal laws for people like these. Please take your money and your precious time elsewhere. I really hope these guys shut shop soon and stop wasting people's time and money. And rude girl/guy at the phone desk, please take some classes in customer service. I am takig our business elsewhere.

I'm not surprised to see the other bad reviews. First American also sent this company to our home after a pinhole leak was discovered in our attic. We had immediately turned off the house water and there was no serious water damage. However, the workers came and looked at the pipe, said they had to go to the store to get parts and came back a couple hours later. When they came back, they told us they would have to charge us an additional $60.00 because the repair needed a ""modification"". We paid this but argued the fact because there was no modification. While in the attic, they stepped through our ceiling and caused not only a hole, but the drywall is now falling through. When they left, they told us that First American would arrange for a drywaller to fix the ceiling. Now we are fighting with First American because Accurate Plumbing says the hole they created was caused by secondary damage due to water damage. Flat out lie. They stepped in an area that was not even wet.
What started as a pinhole leak with very minimal damage has turned into a costly repair that we are having to take care of because this company has no ethics.

I agree, they DO NOT value customer time.
Used them because of Home Insurance, plumber promised to come back next day with necessary parts - no call, no contact from anyone the following day. Called, and the company said plumbers are not suppose to say they will be back the next day, forced to wait 3 more days (due to holiday) until Christmas eve.
Christmas eve comes, no sign of plumber. Called, company says we cancel the schedule - says there's nothing they can do. Need to wait 2 more days.
The problem is my issue is too big to ignore like this - main water shut-off value leaking.
Reporting to the BBB, not that it will mean much.
