I had this plumbing company show up after my home warranty company sent over a set up plumbers that would not do the job due to prior sewage problems after a clean up. I was told by their plumber, Nate, who at the time was a straight up plumber, he was sending a charge to my home warranty company for 5k to 7k for a sewage line repair and I was paying about 3400. I later found out through my home warranty company this company did not even file a claim with my home warranty company and shafted me with the entire bill. I asked my warranty company to review this company and get an itemized statement so I could get some of my money back for the work preformed. I have yet to hear from my warranty company, First American, but that is another letter to come. This company lied to me and told me they were submitting claim to warranty company and did not and I left me with the entire bill. If this company shows up at your door, slam it, lock it and call a real honest plumbing company. A Smith SD CA

Wish I could give 0 stars. Connected with American Home Warranty. Dude came out to assess situation, took my $60 and we never heard from thenm again. When I called dispatcher on second silent day (he said he needed approval from AHW) she said she'd call him and get right back to me. She never called back. When I finally called AHW they tried to contact directly and said contractor was ""unresponsive"". Ugh. How do these people stay in business?

Lady on the phone was not professional or PC, just quick to answer your questions if you asked the right question. She told me to reschedule because her repairman can't find parking 20 minutes AFTER the timeframe that they said they'd be here.

Repairman did not shake my hand when I introduced myself. He just said ""you should have rescheduled""... bitch I just took the day off for your asses to come here and for what? For him to tell me he is not going to repair anything. He said the water needed to be shut off in my complex before they can continue any work--something that the complex needs at least 4 days notice in advance to do. Something that they could have told me 5 days ago when I scheduled them to come here? I think so.

The Repairman even told me that he was late to a previous plumbing appointment they had with the same complex and was pissed that the complex had the nerve to turn the entire building's hot water back on before he got there during a 4 hour timeframe. WTF? Talk about lack of respect for their client's time.

Previous plumber from another company was able to repair the same part WITHOUT shutting off the water. He refused to fix another problem that was in the order that was completely unrelated to the water getting shut off.

At least he took off his shoes before entering the house as I had asked him to. That's legit.

Absolutely awful!! The repairman was unfriendly and not in the least bit interested in telling us what was needed for the repair. You could see he just wanted to ring up an estimate and then get to the next job as quickly as possible. They are rude, unaccommodating and when my wife asked the supervisorwhy it would take them 3 days to install a water heater she was told: ""Do you think you're the only family in SD that needs a water heater"" and then hung up on her. These guys are a true disgrace and I hope to see them out of business soon!! None of their staff deserve a job or a wage! Absolutely horrendous service!! We will be reporting them to BBB and I will be following them closely in the hope that they liquidate soon!

I had the pleasure of having Accurate Plumbing install a new water heater in my home. I was in contact with the office, who were very professional and helpful. On the day of the install, two gentlemen arrived. They were kind, respectful, clean in their work, and caring of me. I also had them through AHS, but would refer them to anyone and would call then again on my own!!!

What a Joke of a company! Contracted through Homeshield for simple drain repair. Guy calls and says he will be there at 11am. on a Sat. Calls me at 11 says he will be there in a few minutes. An hour goes by and HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I finally had to call him to find out what was going on and he said he wasn't coming any more cause he couldn't find parking. Total BS.

I will also add to this comment with the other 2 listed.I waited from 11:00am to 2pm and no call and the office was an answering machine....American Home Shield also called and got no response...I wouldnt think they would want to risk such poor ratings.They obviously dont care.AMS got my feedback and I asked them to not ever let them service any of my possible plumbing needs...I have been with AHS for several years and have never had this happen....They were glad for my feedback....

BUYER BEWARE!!! Accurate Plumbing was used for my home mortgage warranty contract. This company first sent a representative that showed up to my house without any proper uniform or insignia displaying he was at least official. The plumber then repaired a broken pipe within my attic and he stepped in between the beams, putting a huge hole bottom room ceiling! I called Accurate Plumbing AND my mortgage insurance and BOTH did not care or had the professionalism to call me back. I emailed Accurate Plumbing TWICE and made TWO phone calls. Never did the management call me back or reply to my email with pictures of the damage. DO NOT TRUST OR CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

I had to use this plumbing company thru my home warranty, Fidelity Warranty. The gentleman that came out, was very nice, got my disposal to work, but then there was no water going to my dishwasher.
They told me that it was because there was no airgap. Receipt reads, 'Need to talk to FN warranty to get authority to install air gap'. They never called me back. I called them multiple times. The gentleman that came out was out of the office for a week and I would have to wait til the next week to have him come back out.
When I called today i spoke to the SUPERVISOR and was very nice, simply explaining my situation. She cut me off, was so unbelievably rude, told me it was Fidelity's issue not hers. She even had the audacity to tell me I never spoke to anyone regarding having the same guy come back out. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said ""I'm not rude, you're rude!""
When I told her that I was going to call the warranty company and tell them not to contract out their company anymore, she said ""That will never happen!"" And she hung up on me!
Funny, because when I called the warranty company and told them what happened they made a report to the relationship manager who handles all contracts.
All of the reviews talk about their ridiculous lack of customer service. AMAZING!
