I'm not surprised to see the other bad reviews. First American also sent this company to our home after a pinhole leak was discovered in our attic. We had immediately turned off the house water and there was no serious water damage. However, the workers came and looked at the pipe, said they had to go to the store to get parts and came back a couple hours later. When they came back, they told us they would have to charge us an additional $60.00 because the repair needed a ""modification"". We paid this but argued the fact because there was no modification. While in the attic, they stepped through our ceiling and caused not only a hole, but the drywall is now falling through. When they left, they told us that First American would arrange for a drywaller to fix the ceiling. Now we are fighting with First American because Accurate Plumbing says the hole they created was caused by secondary damage due to water damage. Flat out lie. They stepped in an area that was not even wet.
What started as a pinhole leak with very minimal damage has turned into a costly repair that we are having to take care of because this company has no ethics.

I agree, they DO NOT value customer time.
Used them because of Home Insurance, plumber promised to come back next day with necessary parts - no call, no contact from anyone the following day. Called, and the company said plumbers are not suppose to say they will be back the next day, forced to wait 3 more days (due to holiday) until Christmas eve.
Christmas eve comes, no sign of plumber. Called, company says we cancel the schedule - says there's nothing they can do. Need to wait 2 more days.
The problem is my issue is too big to ignore like this - main water shut-off value leaking.
Reporting to the BBB, not that it will mean much.

Do not work with this people.
I had to because they were assigned by the home warranty company but they will give you a terrible service and will try to charge you $$$ in addition to the warranty coverage.
I called back because I am having problems with a water heater they installed 8 months ago and they washed their hands saying they no longer do this work.
Awful service, They could not care less about customers.
And they are rude!

Brian was timely, professional and courteous. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them again.

I just moved into a new home as a first time home buyer. My water heater broke and although my home owner's insurance was difficult to work with, the contractor they used made it all better. Not only did he get here sooner than I was told someone would be able to, he also negotiated a better deal for me. As a busy professional, it made a high impact on me and I am incredibly grateful. The plumber was kind, efficient, honest, and an ex-marine. I am super hard to please because I have high standards and this guy knocked it out of the park. I recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Worst company ever. They were sent to me through First Home American Home Warranty and are by far the sketchiest company I've ever dealt with.
They came to my house 5 times and were never ever to complete the issue. They sent a contractor to my house who apparently had been fired... so why he was back at my house, I have no idea. After these guys left my house from dealing with our toilet and sink - all the sudden my toilet was leaking and my kitchen sink started leaking uncontrollably.
I called our regular plumber: Bob the Plumber - best plumber and all around guy!
Within 2 hours, he fixed everything that was outstanding and had to go in a refix everything the two guys from this company did, because it was either done wrong or incompletely.
So after 5 separate visits, of having to be at home for a block of time waiting, and them always needing to ""come back tomorrow to fix the job"" because they don't have the tools to do it.... I realized this company was a complete joke with unskilled ""plumbers.""
I would avoid this company like the plague. I recommend Bob the Plumber in Chula Vista. He knows how to get the job done and right the first time. He values your time (and his) and is exceptionally good at what he does.

Like everyone said, this company does not value customers' time.
My landlord has home warranty, and apparently home warranty has a contract with Accurate plumbing, so he filed a claim and had Accurate Plumbing schedule an appointment with me. The lady on the phone was efficient and my appointment was made - someone was supposed to come by from 9am-1pm. Okay, big time frame but I could deal with it I thought. I had everything on my schedule postponed till a later time to accommodate the plumber.
On the day of, I started waiting at 8:30a in case they come by earlier. I didn't dare to leave the apartment as the plumber might arrive any time. I waited and waited...It was not until 12pm that I got a call from the company saying that the technician was having a tough day and that he would be late. I asked when he would arrive approximately and the girl on the phone said he should get here within an hour or two. Alright, the technician didn't show up until 2:45pm!! Argh, it's such a waste of time but at least he showed up...
The technician, Brian, was actually quite efficient despite the fact that he was a few hours late. It only took him ~20 minutes to have 4 things fixed. The only thing is- he took away the cartridge from shower hub. He said the reason why the shower hub was leaking was because of the broken cartridge. He would need to find a replacement and reschedule to install. Alright, I was fine with it because there are two master suites, hence two bathrooms, in my apartment. It shouldn't be a problem using my housemate's bathroom for a week or two. OH, biggest mistake ever! My first service was on the August 10th. I have been calling almost every other day after 2 weeks to check on the status of my work order. Every time I called, they told me that the cartridge has been ordered but has not arrived. I finally contacted my agent, whom filed a complaint to Home Warranty against Accurate Plumbing.
It is now September 18th. The plumber finally came back to have my cartridge installed. It took them 1+ month to have my cartridge replaced. ROAR!! If I didn't call them to check on my work order EVERYDAY, I would have to wait even longer...

I had this plumbing company show up after my home warranty company sent over a set up plumbers that would not do the job due to prior sewage problems after a clean up. I was told by their plumber, Nate, who at the time was a straight up plumber, he was sending a charge to my home warranty company for 5k to 7k for a sewage line repair and I was paying about 3400. I later found out through my home warranty company this company did not even file a claim with my home warranty company and shafted me with the entire bill. I asked my warranty company to review this company and get an itemized statement so I could get some of my money back for the work preformed. I have yet to hear from my warranty company, First American, but that is another letter to come. This company lied to me and told me they were submitting claim to warranty company and did not and I left me with the entire bill. If this company shows up at your door, slam it, lock it and call a real honest plumbing company. A Smith SD CA

Wish I could give 0 stars. Connected with American Home Warranty. Dude came out to assess situation, took my $60 and we never heard from thenm again. When I called dispatcher on second silent day (he said he needed approval from AHW) she said she'd call him and get right back to me. She never called back. When I finally called AHW they tried to contact directly and said contractor was ""unresponsive"". Ugh. How do these people stay in business?

Lady on the phone was not professional or PC, just quick to answer your questions if you asked the right question. She told me to reschedule because her repairman can't find parking 20 minutes AFTER the timeframe that they said they'd be here.
Repairman did not shake my hand when I introduced myself. He just said ""you should have rescheduled""... bitch I just took the day off for your asses to come here and for what? For him to tell me he is not going to repair anything. He said the water needed to be shut off in my complex before they can continue any work--something that the complex needs at least 4 days notice in advance to do. Something that they could have told me 5 days ago when I scheduled them to come here? I think so.
The Repairman even told me that he was late to a previous plumbing appointment they had with the same complex and was pissed that the complex had the nerve to turn the entire building's hot water back on before he got there during a 4 hour timeframe. WTF? Talk about lack of respect for their client's time.
Previous plumber from another company was able to repair the same part WITHOUT shutting off the water. He refused to fix another problem that was in the order that was completely unrelated to the water getting shut off.
At least he took off his shoes before entering the house as I had asked him to. That's legit.
