Accurate Plumbing and Well Service

Our well pump died during a thunderstorm at night and woke up to no water. After calling a local plumbing and well outfit and getting no response I called Bob at Accurate Plumbing. Though busy and farther away Bob managed to make time to come over later in the evening. In the meantime he and I went over troubleshooting as I have some familiarity with the system. I ended up taking photographs of the well controller and Bob proactively picked up a replacement controller from the local distributor on his way to our house. After a couple of quick checks Bob determined it was the controller that was fried and quickly replaced it with the new unit he brought. Within 30 min we were up and running again and without having to replace a very expensive well pump.

Can't say enough good things about Bob and he has my business from now on. Oh BTW - the outfit who said they would come and never called back: Hess Plumbing of Doylestown PA - avoid like the plague !!!!

Bob is a great help. Our well pump wasn't working, and he spent a long time on the phone with us trying to troubleshoot it. He was able to figure out what the issue was, and concluded that another company he could recommend would be better equipped to handle it (because of certain specifications associated with our system).

He did all of this for free. Rare to come across that kind of service and honesty. I highly recommend this company!

My well died suddenly. Bob from Accurate was able to get out to me within a few hours and get my water up and running. Rather than just charge me for the most expensive thing, he gave me a few options to save some money. Losing your well is a massive headache, but I felt I found someone honest and reliable. Yikes you never want to have a home emergency on a Saturday night but we are beyond fortunate to have found Bob! Our water pump just stopped working, so no running water at all! A quick google search, thank you SO much fellow reviewers led me to accurate plumbing and well services, many 5 star reviews. Luck of the draw and we were lucky! Bob answered on a Saturday night about 6-7 pm, and promised to be out to fix it the next morning. We thought it may be our pump which would have costed us a couple grand, but Bob was honest and forthright and told us it was just the relay. A quick part change and we were back with running water for a fraction of what we had expected to pay. Saving his number for any and all future water issues, you all should definitely give him a call!

I would give 100 stars!!!!! Hands down the best repair service I've ever had. Water went out on Friday night, tried making several calls to different services (many never even returned calls; others couldn't take on the work) but thats ok because I found Bob . He returned my call promptly, walked me thru some things; kept in touch with me all weekend, came out on time when promised. Was respectful of my fears and concerns, answered my questions; and made me feel much better in an unnerving situation. Extremely reasonable pricing for the time he spent, parts and services . Bob's level of integrity and professionalism is much appreciated in a field where such is generally lacking. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!

Bob T. Installed a well pump for us. Now we are having low water pressure issues. Called Accurate (Bob) many times to get help and they never returned my call. They say customer service is #1 and when I have a problem I don't get a return call. How is that good customer service???

Bob installed a new tank and jet pump in my mother-in-law's home. He was extremely helpful in explaining the options and associated cost alternatives. He arrived on schedule and completed the full replacement in 3 hours. I highly recommend him for your well pump services.
