Called at 10:15 for a service call about a kitchen sink leak. Tech was here at 11:15 and diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. Deleted a new faucet and he done and gone by 1:00

2 years have gone by and apparently the capacitor just stopped working, and we barely run our AC here at all. So in addition to an exhorbitant monetary charge, the dude uses subpar materials as well.

He left a nice company sticker on the outside of the AC unit I'm guessing for times like these. We'll be fixing it ourselves, thanks.

Unfortunately I was ripped off! Stay away from this company! The thermostat is $21.00 at Home Depot. Don't mind paying for service but ...geez

I noticed that my dog had chewed through the wires of my AC and we decided to call them to get someone here and fix it. We called at 3 pm and they said it was no issue and they would send someone out later that evening to fix it for us. Around 6:30pm we noticed that no one had contacted us and we called them to see what the eta was. No one answered and finally a couple of minutes later they called us back. They let my husband know that it was an after hour service and instead of the $89 they originally stated they were charge us it was now going to be $250.00 to come out. I am highly displeased with this company. They could of easily told us that they did not have anyone to fix it and we could of call another company.

Just had my AC service and Anthony was our tech. It was great from the getgo, he mentioned what he was going to be doing and after the job was done he gave us awesome tips and so much info on how our AC unit works and how to keep in in good running condition. Couldn't of asked for better service! Will def call them in the future for any service needs


Update 5.9.20 Another visit from Accurate one for follow up maintenance since summer is coming up and want to make sure our unit is in top shape. Service was once again great! Hit up A1 for all your AC needs. Thanks again

Our air went out in a Saturday night of a long weekend. We were hosting a family dinner for 30 the next day and it was over 100 degrees. Accurate One showed up on the Saturday night of a holiday weekend and came back early on the Sunday to complete the repairs. Excellent service, we would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. My AC system went out during temps of 100+degrees! On a Saturday morning, a REAL PERSON answered the phone. Veronica was on it! She had Dave at my home in less than 20 minutes! He fixed the condenser in just a few minutes! His fee was very fair and best of all, he was friendly and professional! I already have other projects planned since they do all types of jobs, not just AC. I will be installing a water softener system, water filtration system, and, eventually, a new patio. I'm so happy that I have found a company to take care of all my home projects. After one visit, they have instilled trust. That says a lot.

Wont use anyone else but Accurate One. I was told by another A/C business that I needed $2,500 to have some repairs done to my a/c. I had Accurate One come out and my total cost of repairs and check was $178!!!! These guys are honest and awesome!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Our AC Unit is 5 years old. It started blowing out warm air yesterday.

Mr. Dave was the only technician to call me back after I contacted 5 other companies. He came immediately this morning.

His diagnostic of the AC Unit cost 3 times less than what the company that originally installed the AC Unit quoted me!!

Mr. Dave is a KIND, HONEST and FAIR businessman who isn't trying to take advantage of people.

Mr. Dave is AWESOME and we will only use his services from now on. I can't say enough about how much he helped our family.
