They came to my house and incompetently diagnosed a leak which caused my insurance company to deny my claim, They said the leak was in the shower drain, but the actual leak was a pressurized leak in the wall. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Don't waste you time they spent about an hour pressure testing and sound testing, they told me they couldn't find anything and the water was ground water seeping up through my cement slap. when I told them I could here water in the wall they told me it was the sprinkler timer that was mounted on the wall that was causing the noise.after 3 days I decided to cut a small hole in the wall to look for myself and what did I find but a water leak right were I told them I had heard the noise. I Called them right way after I found the leak and they told me since they hadn't found anything when they were there it wasn't there fault.don't waste your time with them!!!!!!!

We had a massive leak that another plumber and an engineer could not locate. Mike and Eric came outd, were able to locate the leak and make the repairs within a few hours. Mike was extremely informative of the situation, professional and friendly. I would definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to others. Thanks guys!

Like everyone previously has said, the are INACCURATE. We had a slab leak and insurance sent them, they ""detected"" where it was, put several cuts into our home and cut and capped it. Guess what? There is a bigger pool of water now and the leak continues and oh, we do NOT have water in various parts of our house so the washing load was in the middle and it got cut off. I thought after they leave, we would have water to continue but now I have wet clothes that needs to be rewashed somewhere since I don't have water there. DO NOT HIRE. Also, the responses from mgmt are the SAME EXCUSE for all of the these experiences. There is a pattern here. We will let our insurance company know the incompetence of this company. Our insurance has already told us we can go with someone else and they will cover it.

INACCURATE:
I'm not sure why they are called accurate! My insurance company had them come to my house because a pipe was leaking from my upstairs shower down into the garage. They were here for 15 minutes and said the same thing known and what I told them. They labeled a wall to cut.
MISLEADING:
For repair after the wall was open they wanted a credit card to ""hold the appointment."" I asked how much for the repair. 250-450 was the quote.
They arrived and it was $850.
I refused but they charged my card $125 for a house call!
Outrageous! Who would agree to that?!
RIPPED OFF!
Don't ever trust these people and don't let your insurance have them come close to your house!

This company came out through the insurance company we had a hot water leak, they removed the hot water heater for us to do repairs. The 2 men did a great job. Had them come out to install new heater in which I bought through them, the only type they sell Bradford White, installation went good, the only thing is that a extended warranty is offered by supplier they did not know about and they tried to add a upcharge by 200.00 + more than another supplier. they said part was a service trip charge in case of a repair. why charge for something you might need, at the same rate if you did call them out. Money up front, questioned them about upcharge tried to back peddle don't know if I can trust them in future, wish I would have got a Ream 12 year instead of Bradford White 6 year they were saying is as good, Guess we will see

This company was excellent! We discovered a hot water leak under our slab and called this company. They were here quickly and capped off the leak. Since our condo was so old that we had to get another company to test for asbestos (fortunately none). The crew (especially Dustin, aka, Water Wizard) were excellent and they were able to repair the pipes without smashing our slab or bathroom flooring. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks guys!

I had a major leak from the unit above me. I called Accurate Leak Locators and they came out within the hour. Not only did they take care of the problem the cost was very reasonable! Thank you Accurate Leak Locators!

Our homeowner's insurance company sent Accurate Leak Locators to our home to install a small temporary electric water heater. (Our water heater was temporarily removed due to repairs needed in its closet.)
They were unwilling to have it connected out on the porch, where our regular water heater's closet is. Apparently they were afraid someone would steal it. So, they put it in the middle of our only bathroom, attached under the sink. After they hooked it up, the two guys were saying things to each other like, ""I don't hear anything-- I thought it would make a sound when it came on. Are you sure it's on? I think so..."" Inspires confidence, eh?
Only 3 days after it was installed, the temp water heater (which barely, pathetically, warmed the water to begin with, by the way) suddenly sprang a major leak and quickly flooded a portion of our flooring, including the entire hallway and part of the bedroom. I ran out and turned off the water to our unit, then had to use every towel we owned to sop up the water! I didn't have A.L.L.'s number, so in a panic to get the flood dealt with I called a contractor we had worked with before, who immediately came over to stop the leak by uninstalling the defective equipment and then removed the soaked flooring. (When my husband, who had their number, got home, he called A.L.L. to pick up the equipment.)
I was expecting A.L.L. to at least cover this new claim's deductible, if not in fact compensate us for the damage for which they were responsible. However, the insurance guy informed us that because we didn't have A.L.L. remove the water heater, but had brought our contractor in to deal with it, A.L.L. would not take any responsibility for the damage, as they ""couldn't be sure what had caused the leak"". It's not a big mystery, guys; you brought the thing in, it failed almost immediately. We never touched it. But I guess you think we're lying, and that we did something to it to cause it to fail, huh? Even the word of the reputable contractor who cleaned up your mess isn't sufficient, apparently. That is the last time I let an insurance company dictate what company will do work on our property, if I can help it.
Well, they lived up to their name, I guess; they accurately located a leak in our bathroom.... by causing it (and several thousands of dollars worth of damage). After this experience, we wouldn't trust Accurate Leak Locators to install a garden hose.

We have a Flush Master toilet. Not only did Howard come out the day I called, he put in the new parts and waived the service call fee. I would highly recommend Accurate Leak Locators.
