My pool was losing water so I contacted Accurate leak detection to come out. Kris the owner, came out and was able to locate the leak. The issue I have is after discussing the repairs with him, he told us it would be under a thousand dollars, but when I received the estimate, it was 1500, not including the cost for the leak detection. While he was here, I also asked for a bid on another thing, which he wanted to charge nearly 3 times more than another person I talked with. After getting him to take off 150 for me completely draining the pool myself and waiting a week for him to come out to to do the repairs, he had his office person send me an email the day before the repairs were suppose get started to tell me that Kris decided not to do the job with no other explanation. I responded to the email as well as contacted him directly via text with no response. Completely unprofessional!!!

This is THE WORST company I have ever come into contact with anywhere. I should have read all the 1 star reviews.

We made an appointment to have a pool leak test done at my 85 y/o father's pool. We booked the appointment about a week out. Everyone else was booked for weeks solid. Our first red flag that we missed.

We told them we were going to have our pool maintenance person there to meet them, since my father is 85 y/o. We asked could they give us the time they will be arriving.

All they would tell us was ""after 1pm"" and they would call us 30 minutes beforehand. Both were total lies. We had our pool person there from 12:45pm, we never received a 30 minute call. We called them over and over, they dont answer their phone. When i finally reached ""Linda"" at 4:30pm to tell her my pool person left, she was completely unapologetic, NEVER apologized or took any accountability for the almost 4 hour no-show nor the fee i have to pay my pool person, then she claimed she told us not to send the pool person there.

When i told her that's not a good way to run a business, she hung up on me and told me to go find someone else. Thanks for the tip.

Scheduled an appointment ten days in advance. Had to drive out from Arizona to be present for the technician. They we're a no call no show. Called the office to have no answer nor have they returned a call after leaving my information. After reading multiple reviews with similar complaints I absolutely would not recommend this company. Furthermore I will be sure the spread the word to keep others from dealing with the same frustration.

Nobody ever wants to discover that the pool has a leak, right? Neither did we, and the idea of having to dig up half the yard gave us nightmares. We were referred to ALD and told they were great as well as minimally invasive. We had to wait a bit for the next available appointment, but I've learned that's a good sign (people who are great at what they do are often in high demand). It took a little time, and we are extremely happy with the results. They were not only able to pinpoint the leak and replace the broken skimmer that was the culprit, but re-plumbed the rest of our equipment and labelled all our pipes and valves. I highly recommend this company.

We have had to use this company multiple times over the last few years, at our rental properties. They have always been easy to work with, honest and fair. They have saved us money every time on finding the leaks and being able to get them repaired quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend them!

I was supposed to have service by this company last week, and the repair man did not show up. They rescheduled my appointment for over a week later, and would not accommodate me by bumping my appointment to the head of the repair schedule, even though this was their discrepancy. I didn't make too much of a deal about it. The appointment was then scheduled for yesterday. Once again, the guy no-showed. The woman on the phone again refused to bump up my appointment and said we'd have to schedule for next week. When I discussed how rude the inconvenience was with this situation, not showing up twice for a scheduled appointment, the woman hung up on me! She called back a few minutes later-not to apologize and remedy the situation, but to inflame the situation-telling me she didn't think we were a good match, and to find another company! This place is a joke!

Very unprofessional. Came out in March for a pool leak said it was around the light and supposedly fixed it. When David put one part back together after he checked for a leak, he put a broken O-ring in and when I turned the pump on, water started spraying out of the valve, it took them over a week to come back out and replace it. Linda said to just keep running the pump until they could get out here, which was horrible advise, really with water spraying all over the place, I think not. After a few more days, rust started forming around the screw that was replaced in the light, obviously not the right type of screw. Called and let them know cause the rust was spreading. A few weeks later, yes, WEEKS, the owner Kris came out and said he had fired the guy who worked on our pool cause he didn't know what he was doing. While here, Kris checked for other leaks and said that around the frame of the skimmer basket was a leak and he took my e-mail address and was going to e-mail me an estimate, which I NEVER got. When I called their office and FINALLY spoke to Linda, she said that Kris decided that since it was only him doing the work now and was very busy that he decided he wasn't going to do work in our area at this time. I was very understanding and MORE than patient when they just kept putting me off because they were so busy, during this time and gave them PLENTY of time due to the pandemic situation. And then to be told he wasn't going to come to our area, I felt they should've refunded me some of the $350 I paid, which was suppose to include finding the leak and a FREE estimate that I NEVER got. I would NOT refer this place to anyone. My pool still leaks and also, the first person that came out, cracked our light in the pool, maybe due to inexperience for the job that was required. After all, the owner Kris even said that's why he fired the guy, he didn't know what he was doing. I would give them minus 10 stars if that was possible, 1 is way over rated.....

misdiagnosed my leak !! wanted to charge me about $3000 to repair my skimmer which was not broken !!

after one month of begging them to have the owner come take a look and confirm skimmer leak - he finally came out and confirmed it was not the skimmer. he was rude and upset about the whole mess.

then they drained my pool to fix the leak and left it empty for an extended perido of time - which caused my entire pool plaster to crack and break off instantly upon filling the pool back up with water !!!!!!

it cost me over $8000 to repair the damage they did to my pool !!!

i asked them to make right on the problem they created. they again were rude and told me to go fly a kite.

i am suing them and i will win. it's disgusting when companies like this take hard earned money out of consumer pockets that are honest and hard working. justice will be served.

Outstanding level of dedication and service to resolve an active leak on my property that had caused my water bill to TRIPLE in about a month. I was stressing out but ALD was able to find the leak, identify the underlying problem (a former contractor's poor quality work) and they worked until 9 PM at night to get it done so we could have our water back on. What a relief! They completely rebuilt my master and raised the valves to ground level where the previous contractor had simply covered it up with dirt and rocks. I am absolutely satisfied with the quality of the work and more so with the service and resolution to this active water leak. Thank you!
