Just wanted to thank Linda for providing some basic information that helped me troubleshoot the problem. Thus saving me a service call, but they've gone a long way to give a positive image of their business. Hopefully I won't need their services but they'll be my first call when I do.

David called ahead of time to tell me he could come out earlier than expected. Came out and decided pretty quickly that we didn't have a leak - just tons of grass and lengthy watering times. Thus he only charged $95 service call fee instead of $225 minimum leak-detection fee. He also showed me timing techniques to lower water consumption for irrigation. Very friendly and helpful + great communication. Highly recommend!

After buying my house 4 months ago, I noticed I was getting water bills 3 times higher than any other home I bought in Green Valley. I called the City of Henderson water company out to check the meter (25.00 charge) and said everything was fine? I then decided to call Accurate Leak Detection in Henderson to come out to my house to do an inspection. David Crammer was the tech who showed up on time at our scheduled appointment, he was extremely knowledgeable and checked everything out on my property. It seems the landscapers I have were watering a little too excessive around my property and advised me to cut back on the timers around the whole property, he calculated the consumption of my current water bill against the times all stations of my irrigation system came on. It is very refreshing to find an honest company that did not try to over-sell me and gave the information to fix my high water bills. I would recommend them to anyone with a leak or water problem, and If you get lucky enough to have David come out to your house like I was, you will be writing the next positive review for this company.

I had a leak on the water line of my house in Summerlin. I had 2 plumbers come out and give me a quote. Both were around $3500 to replace the line, and neither of them wanted to find the leak.
I called several leak detection places, but Accurate Leak Detection (ALD) was the only one who claimed they would find the leak, and if not, you did not pay. As one would expect that also came with a premium price. They were the most expensive of everyone I called.
2 men came out and said they had found the leak in my front yard ( and they were correct). They gave me a small break on the price to find the leak because it was such an easy leak for them to detect.
Now the not so good news. He gave me a price, and explained to me that it was high ( I got another price, and ALD was almost twice the price) because the lawn had a upwards slope and he would have to dig about 5' down to get to the line. He further explained that because of a nearby tree the digging would be difficult.
After considering all the factors I went with ALD. As it turned out they only had to dig 2'-7"" to get to the line and the tree was not really a factor.
They did fix the leak, and he did give me a small discount, but I just felt that, compared to my other bid, they were extremely high in price. Especially considering the factors that he described, which were driving the higher price, turned out to be invalid.

Bottom line, the were accurate at finding my leak. They did a good job fixing the leak. They were just extremely expensive.

Accurate leak detection was very professional and knowledgeable about pool operations and leak detection and repair. They located and fixed not one but four leaks and added a missing valve. Although the price was higher than average, you get what you pay for. They kept coming back and monitoring the pool until it was 100%. Since they complete the job, I went from adding a LOT of water weekly to not having to add a single drop in over two months (it's winter, no evaporation this time of year).

I noticed other reviewers commenting on their punctuality. Their schedule is fluid because they stay at a job until the problem is actually fixed. They don't rush and thus do shoddy work in order to stay ""on schedule."" If you have the patience to work with them as they check every valve, jet, light fixture, and pump your pool has, expect to be satisfied with their work.

I want to thank Accurate Leak Detection for all that they do for me. I am a Rental Manager and can call him day or night for any problem. His prices are reasonable and never has to go back because the work was not done correctly. He takes care of customers quickly and is very professional. As in all businesses we have a few customers that get out of hand but we put up with these customer and continue to service the other with dignity and proud in our work.

Chris is unprofessional and has a problem getting to a job ontime. This the second occurance we have had with him having us wait all day and not show up. Has us over a barrell because they replaced the water heater and its under warranty. So we had to go with out hot water for two days.

Nelson is the man over there. Very knowledgable, straight forward guy. A rare find. Expensive company but worth every penny.
Just go call other bargain companies if you have a serious matter you will end up with this one regardless.

Fabulous guys! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Went out of their way to explain what they were doing and answered any questions. Not only found and fixed a water leak, but replaced the old main water pipe from the meter to the house that was in bad shape. Put in a master valve (which I didn't have, for some reason) and even removed my old useless water softener. They made my water system more efficient and did it quick! Thanks, guys!

ALD has fixed several leaks for me. over the years and are great at what they do. I will gladly call Kris and Dave anytime I have a water leak. One time some new guy did not do such a great job and Kris came right out and addressed it... needles to say that guy did not last long. They have always been dependable and honest which is rare here in Vegas.
