I can't say enough good things about Accurate Leak and Line. First of all, they are a family owned business. It's a dirty job, but somebody's gotta do it. These guys specialize in old pipes. The house we closed on in San Antonio was built in 1976. We had rotting iron pipes that were under a HUGE slab. Unfortunately, the no-dig, trenchless approach was not an option for our situation. It was worse case scenario, really. And a scary project, but it had to be done. We didn't feel it was wise to go with a company that did not specialize in old piping. Josh and his crew were fantastic. He had a crew that came to dig the tunnels. They laid tarps and hauled the dirt themselves. They were very tidy in the process. The iron pipes that were removed were corroded and perforated throughout. We were very happy that we were having them replaced. Josh had an engineer come to make sure they would not be compromising slab foundation of our house. When the work was done, city inspector came to inspect. Work passed inspection the first time and holes were filled. Just so anyone who reads this review is aware, Accurate Leak and Line did NOT repair the brick overlay at back pool deck. They informed us that we would responsible for repairing and fixing brick. This makes sense to me. These guys specialize in plumping, not deck repair. Josh and and his crew were very professional, responsive and it was a pleasure to work with them. If you have rotting iron pipes in the San Antonio area, call Josh! If you are in Austin or Dallas area, call one of his brothers! ;)

I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

Outstanding professional service from initial assessment to the final day. Highly recommend their primary service of replacing drains and pipes under the house slab. Excellent job with contact available at any time. Each and every worker was polite, courteous and stayed focused on their task. Great job and easy to work with.
