We've worked with both Josh and Curtis. They've provided outstanding service, have gone above and beyond and have been great communicators. Couldn't recommend them more!

Accurate Line & Leak was unable to help me, as they only do work below the slab and my problem occurred above the slab. However, they have done work for me before (replaced lines under my slab) and I was extremely pleased with them. They did a huge job and were in and out (including inspection) in 3 days.

I highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line. They offered a very competitive price, performed excellent work, and the team was a pleasure to work with.
We realized we had a broken main line under our house a day or two before the "big freeze" here in Texas. We managed for a week without water or power during the freeze. Once the freeze was over and power was restored, we started making phone calls to get estimates and have the main line repaired. The first call we made was to a large, well-known company that provided an outrageous estimate of $18k--and we had to pay for the privilege of receiving that estimate. Fortunately, I have a father-in-law in the business, and it was his opinion that the $18k estimate was outrageous and that the other company was likely taking advantage of the post-freeze demand. We called Accurate Leak & Line who arrived at our house on time, were very courteous and knowledgeable, provided a free estimate, and came in at well under half of what the other company estimated. Equally important for us at the time was their willingness to work with our tight schedule since we had visitors arriving from out of town in a few weeks. Given the price disparity between the two estimates, we decided to get a few more quotes to get a better sense of what an accurate estimate should be. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that Accurate Leak & Line remained one of the most competitive quotes. Clayton, Jacklyn, and the rest of the team at Accurate Leak & Line went above and beyond to accommodate us, and they were a pleasure to work with at every stage of the job. The work was done well, on time, and we have had zero issues since then. Exactly what we hoped for.
It isn't easy to find companies that operate like Accurate Leak & Line. I hope I never need services like the ones they offer again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.

I called in regarding a leak in my home's slab and once Jaqueline determined it wasn't a plumbing issue not only did she become rude, but she hung up on me. I called back to ask if I could speak to a manager due to her poor customer service attitude and hanging up on me and she responded, "you're not a potential customer, so if you give it I'm going to dish it back to you." Then she hung up on me again. I called back again asking to speak with the manager and she said, "I am the manager. No one is in. I'll have someone call you." She hung up on me again. Then someone named Josh called me back and gave me a thorough explanation of their services vs my needs. It was appreciated, but yet again he hung up without a goodbye once he was done explaining. Guess I'm just shocked at the lack of customer service by this company. Just because I wasn't a customer today, doesn't mean I wouldn't be one in the future and/or recommend friends and family. There's a lot of plumbers in the area and I recommend giving your business to a company that treats people with respect and customer service.

We discovered them when we were buying our house and one of our old cast iron lines was leaking. They fixed it and no problems ever since. Unfortunately, we had another issues with our main sewer line and needed to get replaced. They were hard to get a hold of, but they did a great job. I will caveat that our work was done right before (and after) the huge snowstorm so they were slammed.
Overall, they had the best priced and completed the job within a reasonable time. I'm hoping we won't have any more issues for a bit, but they'll be my first call if I do.

We hired them to repair an old cast iron pipe. They stated the work would be done in 10 business days. It took them 23 days. They killed a huge area of our lawn, because they carelessly left a heavy tarp full of dirt sitting there. We asked them to help us repair the grass. They refused. They are hard to get in touch with, perform shoddy work, and damaged our property.
They also left a 4-5 ft. wide hole along the foundation, which enabled vermin to crawl under our house. This hole was left for 23 days.
I urge you to consider someone else.

We lost our tankless water heater due to the severe cold event. Our neighbors across the street had the same issue and gave us your name. Your response to the issue was outstanding! You even helped to look after another neighbor who is disabled and lost their tankless as well that was not on your schedule just to see if help was needed. The service and professionalism was amazing as well as the follow up to ensure that once the power was restored a day later the system was working. We really appreciate your help during the emergency. I know the plumbing community was getting hammered by an influx of problems all over Central Texas area. You guys went above and beyond! Thanks again! Denise and Amber

The actual plumbing work was good. HOWEVER, watch out for their business model. They give a very high estimate ($4,000) with $2,000 down when you sign the contract. Then, at least in my case, the work took a few hours so they lowered the bill to $2,500. Still way more per hour charge than the best brain surgeon!!
I don't know how their model works so can't say. Do they just keep, or expect, the entire $4,000 no matter how long, or short, the repair takes IF the customer doesn't complain? Do they do it, perhaps, because it is more easily accepted by the customer when the price goes from $4,000 to $2,500, even thought the price is still way too high?
Do they do it to protect themselves against dead beat customers so they have at least the $2,000 downpayment no matter what happens?
If they read this, I would like to see what they have to say about doing business this way. If it isn''t shady, it sure looks that way and is certainly a system designed to charge to much.
I would say don't use them if you can't afford to pay $4,000. As I said, their work was good and they were very friendly but for their prices one should expect as much. Look at other reviews and watch for other complaiints of outlandish prices. See Review by Greg S.

I had Accurate Leak & Line out to run a camera through all my lines to determine if there were and cracks/leaks. They found two pipes that needed to be replaced and quoted $8.6K for both jobs combined. It seemed a little steep so had another plumber come out a few weeks later. He did a camera test again, found only one pipe that needed to be replaced, the other pipe was completely fine. He did the job for $250 (Accurate quoted $3,250 for the same pipe replacement). He ran a pressure test and another camera through the pipes and it held so all pipes work with no leaks. I feel like Accurate way overbid on price, my suggestion is get multiple quotes before you go with this company. I would have been out over $8K if I would have went with them without doing more research.

I highly recommend this company for major plumbing repair work. They are on time, professional, hard-working, and drama-free (which is not the case with all plumbers!). They replaced our main sewer line out to the street, as well as 4 ft of excavation under the house, and the 3-1-1 flagging and City inspection were included in the process. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and it rained in the middle of our job, Josh and his team didn't miss a beat! They completed everything professionally and on time. We would definitely use them again for future work.
