The Accurate team replaced all interior plumbing on our 1938 house. Horacio, the lead plmber, worked efficintly around our needs and schedule. The work was completed in the time estimated and is just fabulous. The quote was thorough, the workers were prompt and kept all areas as clean as possible, and their explanations of what was scheduled each day very informative. Accurate is a splendid outfit.

Beware of price gouging!
This was a small job to replace the outdoor spigot I broke off.
I was told I would get a quote before starting the work, but that didn't happen. As I was watching Kyle to the work, I questioned the fact that I didn't get a quote, but said to myself small job, how expensive can this be? I've done this type of repair myself, but with the water shut off we decided to get it taken care of.
40 min.= $633.00
They tried to charge $148 just for the faucet. They dropped that down to
$100 after I complained. This for a $15 part they probably got for $10.
The quality of the work is good so not complaints about that.
Call out charge $132.00. No complaints about that.
I get that businesses are expensive to own and run, but this was way over the top, and a second price gouging at the hands of Accurate. I'm done with them. If you choose to use them supply your own parts.

Accurate Plumbing gave my elderly parents in Paradise, CA five-star service in a time of need for my family. They are awesome. I have pinned their business card on my parents' fridge so they remember to call Accurate Plumbing from now on if they need help.
The saga started at night, after business hours. My parents' toilets wouldn't flush, nasty water was backing up into the tubs, and we were desperate for plumbing rescue because my parents are in their nineties and my dad has late-stage dementia. Waiting until the morning was not an option.
I tried several plumbers in the Butte County area, and nobody was available. The other guys said they would call us in the morning. Kyle with Accurate Plumbing took my call and although they couldn't get someone out that night, he stayed on the phone with me and talked me through finding the clearouts for my parents' house so I could relieve the pressure from the backed-up septic system. (I'm not very handy. I didn't even know what a clearout was until Kyle walked me through it.) That put a stop to the immediate crisis and enabled us to flush toilets again. Kyle was a total hero for my parents that night. Needless to say, we called Accurate Plumbing in the morning to have them do the work of fixing the problem.
Jarred from Accurate Plumbing came out on time that morning and was extremely professional and courteous. He also went above and beyond the call of duty solving the problem for my parents. He cleared the immediate clog in the pipes leading into the septic tank, and then he used a fancy camera to take a look inside the pipes. He informed me that tree roots were impinging into the septic tank, which was the root of the problem. (Yes, I went for that pun.) Jarred took the time to open up the septic tank and spent at least an hour hacking away at roots with various tools until he was satisfied that the problem wouldn't reoccur right away. He also left us with a recommendation for a local service provider who could finish fixing the septic tank for us.
I'm sure Jarred spent way more time on our job than he was supposed to, but he never gave me the impression of being rushed and he kept a fantastic attitude the whole time. He was also great with my elderly parents when he came inside to check the toilets and talk to my mother about the bill.
Seriously, just call Accurate Plumbing already.

Accurate Plumbing is top notch in my book. I emailed them through their website on Sunday afternoon about a toilet that was leaking water, hoping I would be able to have them come within a day or two. At 8:00 am Monday morning Tanya called me to see if they could send a team right out. Wow, I was surprised to get such fast service, but very happy! Then Jared and Ty (trainee) showed up, replaced our very old toilet with a shiny new one. They were polite, professional, and efficient. I have always used Accurate Plumbing for any plumbing needs and am always happy with the service. I am happy to recommend them.

Cannot recommend this business enough! Austin and Ty came out and replaced a section of galvanized pipe underneath my house.
Customer Service: Very top of the line. The guys were nice, prompt, and they walked me through everything that was happening
Response time: Came to my house within 2 hours, then performed repair in a timely manner
Thanks Accurate but especially thank to Austin and Ty (Live Long and Prosper!)

We have used Accurate Plumbing for many years now, and they have always come through for us. They are prompt, their pricing is fair, and they are extremely professional. Just this week we had another occasion to use their services. The A. O. Smith water heater we purchased from Lowe's in Chico five months ago no longer allowed the pilot light to stay lit. Kyle Byker from Accurate Plumbing came to our house the very next day, analyzed the problem, contacted the A. O. Smith representative, and found out that the control panel we needed replaced was not available for six weeks. We decided to purchase a new water heater recommended by Accurate Plumbing. This water heater was installed the same day because Kyle made an extra effort to get this done. He also delivered the old water heater to Lowe's, we contacted A. O. Smith, got approval to have Lowe's ship the defective water heater back, and got a refund from Lowe's. I fully credit Kyle's caring and initiative for getting this accomplished in record time.

When you want it done right, when you don't want to get ripped off, and you want the technician to communicate, you Need to call Accurate! They are the best!

Our contractor who rebuilt our house hired these guys as the best alternative...to contract with them we had to buy all their plumbing fixtures and couldn't select our own...oh, well...then, as we understood it, we were offered a warranty which included their coming by for a charge at intervals, which we didn't want. After all, why pay for them to come by and check their fixtures...they should stand by their work and repair any faulty hardware or workmanship, shouldn't they? Finally had the house rented out with a great tenant & good to go...after a day or two, the tenant calls us that the shower is backing up, the water isn't draining, it's filling the other tub, too, and spewing out of the toilet, out of the bath and onto the new rug. I called my fixit guy who ""rootered"" the drain and encountered something at the septic inlet. I would've called my contractor had it not been 7:30pm, but these were exigent circumstances and we figured it was just a clog. The next day my contractor did follow up to discover that Accurate Plumbing had left the ""test balloon"" in the septic inlet, preventing discharge into the septic tank and forcing it out into the house, including the new rug...imagine what was in the effluvia pouring into the new house...and the effect on our new tenant! Oh, Accurate Plumbing did send another couple guys after it was fixed...the third group to finally arrive to ""fix"" their error. No apologies, just incompetence...we have renamed them ""INACCURATE PLUMBING."" My contractor refunded us the fixit man's fees...hope he can recoup those fees from the company that caused the problem. I would not recommend them for anything...we paid them boucoup bucks for this ""job"" on our new house...caveat emptor...let the buyer beware...when you trust a contractor to remove the balloon, do you actually check it yourself?

We're used Accurate plumbing in the past. They've always done good work for a reasonable price. However, now they are price gouging. Our garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be swapped out. We we to Home Depot and bought the identical modal. We called accurate plumbing for an estimate to install it. They quoted us $223 for a job that should take less than an hour for any experience plumber. We said no and I did it myself in about an hour. Needless to say, we will not be calling them in the future.

Got a call from a tenant on a bathroom leak, so I looked at Yelp for reviews and found Accurate Plumbing. I filled out a form online and got a call within 15 minutes and they actually had someone out and repairing my issues within an hour. Very grateful for the quick, professional, responsive service. Kanon the service tech even called me with the issue and the cost before going ahead. It was extremely reasonable. I would totally use them again.
