I had been given an extremely high bid from another local plumbing company regarding their solution to a sewer line problem. Because the solution was going to cost $15, 000 +, I called on Accurate for a second opinion. In their opinion the other company was making a mountain out of a mole hill. Horacio (the technician they sent) conversed with me on 3 separate occasions as questions later surfaced. He took my calls without hesitation. May I add -- they didn't charge me a dime for their consultation. I genuinely feel that this is an honest company who isn't trying to make a dollar off the backs of their customers. Thank you so much!!!

I appreciated their prompt next day attention to our sink drain issue. The tech also made helpful suggestions about what we could do to maintain a free flowing kitchen sink drain now that they got it opened up and functioning better. This firm also provide fee discounts to returning customers and all customers appreciate savings on their repair needs.

Here is a small but irritating thing. When dealing with the public, who you do not know personally, don't say "" have a blessed day"". It is presumptuous and somewhat offensive to many. The fastest growing demographic in the USA is atheists and agnostics. There are many other faiths which don't use that term. You are offending your current and potential customer base unnecessarily. Yes, some folks like it but others? Hate it.

Terrible company they came out to give a broken kitchen drain line quote and found things wrong with 8-10 different things quoting $5900 to repair
everything that was wrong.
We called Thrifty Rooter and the guy replaced the kitchen drain line for $290 he said everything else on Accurates quote was made up . Accurate get paid by commission for what they do so come up with problems where non exist. Save your self a heap of problems and DONOT call Accurate Plumbing.

I have been using Accurate Plumbing for years and I always have a positive experience. The office staff is very responsive and the service team is excellent. Sean and Steven were out this week to address several issues and they were professional, clean, courteous and I felt that the price for the work was very fair. So nice to work with a trustworthy company!

I had just moved to Chico and didn't know who to call for a broken pipe. A friend recommended Accurate Plumbing. I'm glad I used this company.
Very professional and courteous! When I called I was Immediately given an appointment. Plumbers Rick and ""Get"" showed up on time and found my problem with my pipe and faucet. I even got a blanket to keep the pipe from freezing in the winter.

I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing and won't ever call anyone else!

These people are awesome. I had both water heaters stop working at once, and they fit me in same day. The plumber came out, diagnosed for free, and got them working in nothing flat. Since it was so easy, he didn't even charge us! I will be a loyal customer to these guys, since my first encounter was so stellar!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. This company has been so difficult to work with. They refuse to separate parts from labor, the refused to assist me with the help of my warranty even though two of their office employees stated this is something they would do. Then after all that, they performed work without being authorized. They spent 20 minutes at the house and are now charging me $220.25 and the warranty company will not reimburse me because Accurate refuses to break down parts and labor, according to the guy I spoke with ""the warranty company should know how much the part costs.""
Stay away. VERY far away.

We've used Accurate Plumbing several other times with great outcomes but never wrote a review. They are reasonably priced, experienced and on time.

TJ and Joe came up this morning to install a water line to my new refrigerator. No big deal ... except that the house is 88 years old! They had to crawl under the old house and deal with interesting plumbing. They not only finished the job but also cleaned up like the pros they are. TJ and Joe were very polite too. Great job, guys.
