I had just moved to Chico and didn't know who to call for a broken pipe. A friend recommended Accurate Plumbing. I'm glad I used this company.
Very professional and courteous! When I called I was Immediately given an appointment. Plumbers Rick and ""Get"" showed up on time and found my problem with my pipe and faucet. I even got a blanket to keep the pipe from freezing in the winter.

I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing and won't ever call anyone else!

These people are awesome. I had both water heaters stop working at once, and they fit me in same day. The plumber came out, diagnosed for free, and got them working in nothing flat. Since it was so easy, he didn't even charge us! I will be a loyal customer to these guys, since my first encounter was so stellar!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. This company has been so difficult to work with. They refuse to separate parts from labor, the refused to assist me with the help of my warranty even though two of their office employees stated this is something they would do. Then after all that, they performed work without being authorized. They spent 20 minutes at the house and are now charging me $220.25 and the warranty company will not reimburse me because Accurate refuses to break down parts and labor, according to the guy I spoke with ""the warranty company should know how much the part costs.""
Stay away. VERY far away.

We've used Accurate Plumbing several other times with great outcomes but never wrote a review. They are reasonably priced, experienced and on time.

TJ and Joe came up this morning to install a water line to my new refrigerator. No big deal ... except that the house is 88 years old! They had to crawl under the old house and deal with interesting plumbing. They not only finished the job but also cleaned up like the pros they are. TJ and Joe were very polite too. Great job, guys.

I contacted this company to snake my bathtub,and they had a $35 off service coupon in in the CN&R.The only positive note about this company was Sandy who booked my appt.The technician did show up early,HOWEVER he tracked mud from his boots in my apt,left a mess in the bathroom after they finished.I called to complain about what happened,and Sandy had the tech call me back to apologize.He asked if there was anything he could do to make good on what happened.Irregardless,I would never use this company again.

They came in to fix the plumbing at my sisters apt and they came a day later than when they notified her. The workers failed to notify my sister about when/if she could use water and the workers ended up complaining to her about it. They didn't even greet her when they arrived or notify her. The workers were hostile and confronted her after a while that she was not supposed to wash dishes or do laundry and etc. (She only used the sink once) This is not professional and I wouldn't recommend them at all. This only gets 3 stars so yelp won't filter the review.

We recently had a plumbing issue and made a set date for the workers to come in and fix it. They did not show up on the promised date and came late without notifying us. Later in the day, they came and claimed that we did not do what they asked us to do even though none of the workers actually bothered to tell us in the first place. The worker was rude to us so we do not plan to use this company in the future.

Kyle, from Accurate Plumbing, came out this morning to install our dishwasher. The office actually called ahead to see if Kyle could come out earlier than originally scheduled. He was very professional, answered all of our questions, and took away our old dishwasher. He even answered some questions I had about a weird noise in our washing machine. I would highly recommend Accurate and would definitely use them again.

Horraco came to install two toilets (after getting new flooring). One was not working properly and I asked about him replacing the guts. He said that it did not need that, he just re-connected the chain and said it was fine. Well the first time it was used it would not flush and the tank did not fill with water. Called again and Steven was sent out. He said that it did indeed need new guts or his suggestion was to replace the toilet. He said that he would install a new toilet if I called back within the week. Well, I did decide to purchase a new toilet, called within a few days and scheduled the installation. When scheduling I had mentioned that I should not be charged for this installation as Steven said he would do it since the toilet was not fixed right the first time around. Well, this morning Horraco came to install the new toilet but he insisted he had to charge me. He called his boss and the boss agreed with him. I then called the boss and he said t he mis-understanding was on my part. I will never use this company again, nor will I ever recommend them! They do not have knowledgeable people working for them and they do not stand on their word to fix a problem!
