So my mom just moved out to this part of California like, 3 weeks ago. 4 days after she moved into her house the airconditioner died, supposedly the 1st time ever, and it has existed in this house since the early seventies. Being triple digit temperatures, she needed air conditioning immediately and couldn't find anywhere sooner than 2 and a 1/2 weeks from the day she called to come out just to assess common not even to install a new air conditioner, so it could be 3 or 4 weeks till she actually was living somewhere that was livable. When she told me that no place had contacted her back and she is left about half a dozen messages with different companies just to see if she can get something sooner than what she originally scheduled which was July 28 for the assessment, I started trying to help her out. I called to places before this company and one went directly to voicemail the other had no availability before August. I called John here and he answered I believe on the 2nd ring and he answered while he was on someone's roof installing an air conditioner! He had me hold on a second so he could get down and really talk to me. I was shocked he didn't just say he call me back or something. We chatted for like 15 or 20 minutes and he was jovial, sweet, and really wanted to know what I needed. I explained I was calling on behalf of my mom and her struggles to see if he could possibly come out sooner than what whatever the other guy from the other company could do for her because she's suffering in this heat. She's from the Bay Area, so this type of feet is just utter misery for her, as it it is with anything breathing. He proceeded to tell me he could get to her within about 2 hours for which I was floored. I'm sure that's not typical, but I got really really lucky as did my mom! He showed up exactly at the time he said and 2 days following that, she had a new air conditioner! It's just outstanding how quickly he worked! He is so efficient, so kind, so sweet, and so professional peer there's really nothing negative I could possibly say about this person or his company. Highly recommended in every single way! John from AES called me the same morning that I put in my request and arrived at my house that very afternoon. He was very thorough and when he couldn't fix the problem the same day he assured me that he would come back the next day to finish the job, even though it was on a Saturday. Although it was quite an expensive job, I can't imagine that it would've cost less going with any other company. John and Ray were both very friendly and professional, and made sure to show me what was going on with my old and clunky HVAC system every step of the way. I will call them again in the future for my HVAC needs. Thanks guys!

So lately we have been sweating 90 deg temps all day and overnight and decided after seeing your Facebook ad to call and see if a tune up of our unit would help. Our AC has never preformed well since it was installed over 15 years ago. It was to small to begin with. John came out yesterday and I joined him up on my roof in 110 deg heat as he did his thing. He patiently went through the system and corrected the issues. Our home didn't cool down much last night, but by this morning we were sitting at 73 degrees where we set the thermostat and its stayed there all day today rising only to 82 this evening which is really good considering it's 110 today and 53% humidity. Usually we are sitting at about 88 by 1pm. We never had that result with the folks that installed it and serviced it previously nor did I think it would cool down that much again and had been told by the other guys that it was due to our attic space and the age of the unit. Thank you John and Accurate Energy Solutions for finally fixing the issues. We will be calling you when it comes time to replace our old unit.
