Mike has been to our home in Corona a couple of times in the last 2 months helping us get our electrical issues taken care of as we move into our home. He has been so great. He is friendly, knowledgeable and we are so glad we found him. He will be coming out again in a few weeks to do some more work in prep for our kitchen remodel.

Was beyond pleased with the job and the service! Called at 3:30 on Saturday because my air conditioner went out. They had someone to my house by 4:30. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Air conditioner was fixed in an hour. Thank god because it was a 100 degrees outside!

The lady on the phone said $56 for a visit to figure out why our circuit wasn't working. Gave me a whole speech about how they are all verified and background checked when I asked about prices. Should have known. Man came and told me it's going to be $400+ for diagnosis. Wasted both our time and I cancelled another appointment to try these guys out. Man who came was very nice and apologetic but make sure you double check prices before you book.

*Update* I got the work done by another guy a couple hours later who charged me a total of $75.

I called at 4pm on a Saturday about our power in the garage. The receptionist was so extremely friendly. I explained what had happened and she described what to do to remedy the situation without having to send someone out. It worked!! I will definitely be contacting this company in the future.

I have to tell you that if Sherry (Not sure spelled her name right) that took the call for the appointment is any sign of the service that Accurate (AES) deliver. Accurate will definitely be my go to Electrician (and yes there are a few things that need to be done at my house - replace the rusty chandelier with a spot lights, etc) in Irvine.

Reason needing their service: One of outlet in the garage powering the sprinkler system, mini freezer, and other tools went out. As I am handy enough and an Electrical Engineer, I figured I would replace the socket. Well after spending 4-5 hours gave up and decided to call someone. You got a choice of either waiting for 3 weeks for someone to come or they charge you an arm/leg. Anyway - AES had good reviews from their other sites, but worried about the fact that no one had put in any review since Feb 2015 and only 3 review for their Irvine location. But gave them a call.

Sherry was not only able to a) schedule an appt visit a few days later, b) was very understanding, c) quoted a good price, and d) THE CLINCHER - she made some suggestions at no charge for me to do that solved the problem the day I called her.

Just for that Sherry has earned for me Accurate Electrical Service a loyal customer.

We have been using Accurate Electrical for a few years now. They are consistently kind, professional, and they get the job done right the first time. They are also excellent at interfacing with the city regarding permits (which, in our city, is notoriously difficult). Eric Smith has been our main connection at Accurate Electrical, and we have been impressed from the first day at his expertise. We've had a new panel installed, lights installed for a full kitchen/living room remodel, and the latest project was running electricity to the garage for an electric car charger, lights, and outlets. Big projects! We recommend this company, and Eric in particular, to all our friends. They are a trustworthy, excellent company with wonderful employees!

Eric and Raymond came out the same day we called. Gave me an estimate to diagnose and fix a bedroom circuit in my home. They fixed it for under half the estimate. Neat and tidy like they had never been there.

This is actually my first Yelp. I'm coming on here because I was extremely pleased with this company. Friendly from the person I talked to setting up the appointment and Mike who worked on my issues. They were extremely minor when I thought they were going to be major. He stuck around for 30 minutes explaining things and showing me different things and they only charged me the service fee. Super cool people and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
