once again...the gas co. red flagged my wall heater...said I had a yellow flame? Jacob came out for repair .... a very nice guy and very knowledgeable! and thank god it was a free quote, because AGAIN...gas company employees that turn the pilot on don't know what they are talking about!! there was nothing wrong with my heater....as there wasn't the last time gas co. told me there was!!

Accurate came highly recommended to me by a friend. I initially called them to service and maintain my 20-year-old AC condensers, which evolved into brand new systems. They also performed some electrical and plumbing jobs. I was impressed with their expertise, quality of the work, and the techs' professionally-yet-friendly interactions with me. I, too, highly recommend this company. The only drawback is that they're on the pricey side. Then again, get what you pay for.

This is the first time I used AES for upgrading the lights in my kitchen, laundry room, and the hallway. I rated their services 5 stars based on the following:
1) When I called to request an estimate, the lady (Jackie) who picked up the phone was very friendly and very nice and very detail in explaining the company's commitment to good service. I rated this 5 stars.
2) When the electrician (Mike) came to my house and provided me an estimate, he was very detail and knowledgeable in explaining the works needed to be done when I asked questions. I rated this 5 stars.
3) Every time when there was an update regarding my scheduled work order, I was informed by Jackie or Cheri via phone or text. This helps me to plan my own schedule. I rated this 5 stars.
4) Mike and Tony are great in the work they have done for the job. Mike even took the time to go with me to Home Depot to buy the right equipment. He saved me enough for a nice big dinner!! Mike and Tony are very friendly and nice also. They cleaned after the work was done. They would gave me suggestions what would be best, but would do what I liked. I rated this 5 stars.
5) The price Mike provided for the quote is not the lowest that I got, but it is reasonable compared with the service I received. Also, there is no free estimate as some other electricians provide. AES charges $59 for quote. However, Mike was willing to lower the original estimate as I requested. Thus, I rated this 4 stars. (Recommendation: cut a little bit profit and lower the price, and it may get even more customers.)

Overall, I am fully satisfied with the service, and definitely recommend their services.

I had a pantry light that was flickering and eventually went out. I called and got a same day appointment for them to evaluate the problem and quote to fix it. Mike clearly explained the problem and gave me 3 quotes for best and worst case scenarios. His professionalism cinched the deal and I scheduled to have the work done. Joe, one of the electricians, fixed the problem in a very timely manner and the agreed to price. I feel very confident recommending Accurate Electrical Services to anyone in need of home electrical repair.

I used these guys for extensive renovation of the old knob-and-tube electrical wiring in our vintage 1907 home. They did exceptional work. Their communications were timely and easy to understand. Mike explained the options and made recommendations as appropriate. They did their best to minimize damage to the plaster, and left everything very clean.They went above and beyond to move a few swiches that were in inconvenient locations (ie, behind the door when open).They did the job for the stated price and even moved smoke detectors that were not placed to code. A great crew; we will use them again to re-wire the downstairs next year.
