Watch these guys ! They might claim that your working valve is failing test and charge you $395 to repair a sound working valve !! Check other vendors ! This vendor does not seem to be 100% honest !

I called 2 other backflow companies...the first one doesn't service Ventrua County and the other...I had to leave an emergency message for the other one (8 hours later and still no return call!!!) Then I saw your number...I called in a panic as we had an emergency situation and spoke to Chris who had me speak to you. You calmly spoke to me calming down and handled it! I sent you a picture and you knew exactly what the problem was and said a technician would be out shortly...and he was. Sean came out and got the situation fixed! And reasonably! WOW! So happy and relieved!

Scheduled a backflow test. They were unable to perform it. Did not tell me that there was a service call charge, and harassed me until I agreed to pay half of the service charge to make them go away.

Their prices have been less then others and the work has always been done when they said it would be. They are honest which is rare today!

Christine, you must be a competitor because that's the only reason I can think of for this terrible and very inaccurate review! I was extremely impressed with their service. Scott quoted the best price of all the services I called, told me what paperwork he needed and I faxed it immediately, Accurate was at our business property the next day. The test reports were mailed to me with the invoice 2 weeks before the due date and, at the same time, filed with the county. I will definitely work with Accurate Backflow again and recommend them highly to anyone that asks!

I have been a homeowner for over 10 years and used Accurate Backflow Testing & Valve Repair for the first time this year. This experience was one for the books.

Not only did they FAIL to meet the City deadline, but their prices are triple the competition. I was assessed a $20 late fee from the city for their delay to bill me until 2 weeks after the deadline.

Their excuse was that they will not send in the certification until payment was received. Unfortunately, invoicing 2 weeks after the deadline ensures that payment won't be received until after the invoice is received.

This backflow testing company is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. Please be advised.
