Joe J.After my backflow starting leaking on Saturday, I sent an email to Accurate Backflow an they responded via email on Sunday informing me that they would call on Monday. Monday morning I received a call and they went out of their way to accomdate me. By Tuesday one of their Master Plumbers contacted me to let me know he would be at the house in the morning. He showed up and was able to fix the backflow value which saved me from having to replace the entire backflow. The owner even called me back on Tuesday to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Their service was incredible and they were very honest. Great company and great people.
