This company is great, I highly recommend. They recently performed a backflip test at my house (great value). I had some follow up questions on my sprinkler system. This company stopped by no more than 10 mins after I called. Two of the service agents walked me through the troubleshooting I needed to fix the issue. It is really hard to find a company that you can trust. I had one tester charge for a repair he didn't complete. Several other companies either come out or over the phone stated my device had to be replaced not repaired. The cost would run from $600-800. After reading about Accurate Backflow Testing in a trade newspaper, I checked them out. They really wanted to look at my device in person since many testers say a device cannot be repaired but really can. Chuck came out, tested the system and was able to make the repair in a fraction of the cost. My husband said Chuck is the real deal, really knows his stuff and a person you can trust.
