Our water bill doubled during the most recent billing cycle and suspected a water leak. I noticed a big wet l spot on My concrete driveway. I called Acculine leak Detectors for a quote. I had a time crunch, I was going away for two weeks In about five days. Chris from Acculine came over that day. He was able to locate my leak. When he drilled open the concrete, he realized my pipe was deteriorating. This turned into a much bigger problem. He had to jackhammer the entire width of my driveway and put in all new pipe.
He worked long hard hours every day to get this job finished by my deadline. The whole time he kept me apprised of every step. He and his crew worked so hard. Chris would stay after they left and worked several more hours.

This company is great! Chris answered his phone on a Sunday (when they're CLOSED) and said he'd be here first thing Monday. He gave me a flat fee of $275 to find my kitchen island stove gas leak under my slab after SDG&E turned off my gas to the whole house.

He arrived on time and mapped out the whole gas line really fast and gave recommendations for how to fix it that doesn't involve breaking through my kitchen tile floor.

He'd have fixed it too, but we'd already gotten a plumber on board, so he happily spoke on the phone to my plumber to give relevant details. He nailed the lines and the plumber could go right to work.

My impression is that after having used 3 plumbers as well as CPL for a different gas leak earlier this year, his company (Acculine) beat them all hands down for both knowledge, cost, and speed. (CPL is VERY pricy.) Chris also seems like just a really nice honest guy who didn't try to upsell me in any way. DEFINITELY recommend.
