Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection saved the day for me. I had a bad water leak under my house that was costing me $100s a day from the gas and water department. He came out the day I called him and gave me a competitive bid. He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and I trusted him immediately. I am disabled in a wheelchair on a low income and a severe emergency for me as I had to turn the water off. He came the next day with the equipment to find the leaks and checked the entire house. He started work that day with an assistant and they worked two full days to reroute the pipes through the attic which also saved me much money. It was in El Cajon, CA which is extremely hot so it was a very difficult job. He is friendly, kind, caring, very respectful, He is professional and really knows his trade. Chris responded promptly. He was able to locate the leak deep under the driveway concrete slab within 1-2 feet of the actual leak. The pipe was under the ground by about 4 feet deep then covered by a thick concrete slab. Excellent friendly service.

My wooden floors started to crack which alerted me to a water issue. Since I had to figure out what kind of leak it was before replacing the floor, I called Chris. He showed up the next day and took a look at the damage and went over the plan. He had an idea it wasn't a pipe leak but still went through all the due diligence to verify it. He did moisture detection, pipe location, sound analysis and pressure verification. In the end he was able to show me the different results supporting his conclusion.
