I had always used Roto Rooter, ALOT for the same drain. Red flag right there. Every time they would come it was the same old story. I would tell them that the clog was out about 40' feet. The would never go out that far and the drain would always clog again right after their warranty ended. Not this time. I called Accu Rooter. Figured I would have to pay again why not try someone else. Glad I did. When you need someone to do the job right these are the people to call. Prompt, knowledge and not over priced.

If I could give these plumbers 0 stars, I would. I had called them as I needed to fix the pipes in the bathroom. They came, he did something, and i paid him, only to find out that the pipes weren't evenly installed, which means that my contractor couldn't install the shower faucet. They kept lying to me, saying that they will find out if they can get back to me, but never called back. When i called back, the receptionist put down the phone on me. Stay away!

Very messy job that I had to clean up, the tech could have been nearer but was getting frustrated he could not clear the line. I won't use again.

I would never use anyone else. Had a 50 year old basement shower fitting in a 70 year old house - and a very small opening to work in. We were sure that the wall would have to be opened. Frank replaced it without breaking the wall, getting some cuts and scrapes in the process. Treated it like it was his own home, and also cleaned up beautifully. This is the third time we used them (as I said, old house!). We could never ask for better.

Second time I've used Accu-Rooter (second, different problem), and second 5-star review from me. They answer the phone, send someone out (less than half-an-hour wait), and the plumber (ours was Stan) does the job, quickly, cleanly, correctly. (Badly clogged laundry room plumbing that had caused overflow to basement.) I'd recommend Accu-Rooter to anyone in the area. Stan also suggested a solution for a different slow-running drain rather than charge us for an unnecessary fix.

My kitchen drain wasn't draining. I called Accu-rooter and they were prompt! The plumber, Tim , was very knowledgeable about clogged kitchen drains and pipes. He gave some helpful tips to minimize future problems and provided a 30 day guarantee.

Not only did he fix our problem which two other companies couldn't, one of them being Roto Rooter but he advised us on how to avoid the problem in the future. The price was great the service was amazing I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!!

Accu-Rooter was awesome! The dispatcher worked around our schedule and didn't mind rescheduling AFTER hours - at no additional cost. Our plumber, Sean, was knowledgeable, personable and professional throughout the visit. Despite the late hour, he had a sunny demeanor and tackled our temperamental toilet head on! Not only did he fix the problem, he offered advice on how to prevent additional issues. Thankful we found you guys - and will definitely be spreading the word!! ;)

I called around 10:15 AM. The receptionist stated someone would come out between 12 and 3. At 1:30 PM, Sean came out to my in-laws house. By 2 PM, Sean unclogged the problem drain. Sean was clean, honest, and friendly. The bill was very reasonable and I would use and recommend Accu-Rooter again.
