Saw the horrible reviews for bfield roto rooter, said not in my house. Googled some more saw these guys were in my neighborhood and took a chance. Overwhelmingly satisfied. Came, got the sewer main to the street problem fixed. One week later had another small backup. He came back snaked my tub at no additional charge, I didn't even know they had that guarantee, but I was thrilled. Original price was reasonable, came on time, friendly guy who lived in town. My go to guys from now on.

We had a clogged toilet and they answered my call the first time. Other highly rated companies didn't answer and never called back. Professional and provided times later that same day or early the next morning. They were at my house a couple minutes early and were professional and fast. Even helped to unclog the sink that filled with hair as well. They do NOT accept credit cards or e-payment but would definitely use again!

I had always used Roto Rooter, ALOT for the same drain. Red flag right there. Every time they would come it was the same old story. I would tell them that the clog was out about 40' feet. The would never go out that far and the drain would always clog again right after their warranty ended. Not this time. I called Accu Rooter. Figured I would have to pay again why not try someone else. Glad I did. When you need someone to do the job right these are the people to call. Prompt, knowledge and not over priced.

If I could give these plumbers 0 stars, I would. I had called them as I needed to fix the pipes in the bathroom. They came, he did something, and i paid him, only to find out that the pipes weren't evenly installed, which means that my contractor couldn't install the shower faucet. They kept lying to me, saying that they will find out if they can get back to me, but never called back. When i called back, the receptionist put down the phone on me. Stay away!

I would never use anyone else. Had a 50 year old basement shower fitting in a 70 year old house - and a very small opening to work in. We were sure that the wall would have to be opened. Frank replaced it without breaking the wall, getting some cuts and scrapes in the process. Treated it like it was his own home, and also cleaned up beautifully. This is the third time we used them (as I said, old house!). We could never ask for better.
