GREAT! I've worked with Accu Rooter for smaller repair tasks in my bathroom that would be challenging for me:

The first time I called with an emergency to retrieve lost item that went down the drain and to also replace stoppers in several sinks (to prevent the problem from happening again). They returned by called immediately, squeezed me and, and cost was reasonable. The work/parts have held up well.

More recently, they replaced nearly all the internal working parts for Kohler toilet -- not a simple job since the model was approximately 35 years old and finding current parts to fit old design was a challenge. I've seen several neighbors in development putting there original toilets by the curb -- maybe because their plumbers couldn't be bothered. It wasn't inexpensive or a quick fix -- but it was less than 1/3 of cost if I had to totally remove, replace, and install a brand new toilet.

Frank, the technician for both events, arrived on time and took time to find to ensure that the fix would work and everything would function properly. He was clean, courteous, and genuinely friendly.

I hope I don't have more plumbing problems, but would call them again!

Use this service first! They were the only company that answered when I called for my urgent matter. Man who called me back was so nice. He calmed me down and set someone to my house. immediately! The man who came was wonderful! He fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time and price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again!!!! I also have a very large dog, and he was very calm, gentle, and understanding with him.

My sewer lines were backed up. I called and within twenty minutes Stan was at my house. He wasted no time and did the work quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
