This company is a sorry ass company gave us the run around for almost 2 weeks we had no water. First he didn't have enough staff then second he needed to test for asbestos. Every single day he was going to show up every single day at 7 AM he would text my husband saying he can't come for this reason or that reason I have taken three days off of work at this point so not only are they shitty ass company very very unreliable. So I'm gonna bill. his ass for the days of work I've lost. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS IDIOT!!!

I needed to have a clean out installed due to continual blockage issues. Ruben can out within one day and completed the job. He had all of the necessary equipment to locate the buried sewer line. The price was very competitive and I'm happy with the quality of the work.

Accu-pro is amazing! He was very patient and did high quality work. I had a huge kitchen plumbing project and there were problems with the sink I had purchased, making it a job much more difficult than he bid. But he kept to his bid and I actually paid him more than his bid because he was so good and honest. I highly recommend them!

I have never written a review because service for most everything that I pay for is at least up to par.
But I don't think I'll ever use ACCU-PRO PLUMBERS (Ruben Sanchez) again to do a main drain clean out or any plumbing job. I paid this guy $125.00 to clean out a drain and he ran his snake once to push whatever was stopping it from flowing. He knew that there were roots in the line so I asked him to run it once more and he said he fixed the problem. It took him all but 10 minutes to do to make $125.00. It's been my experience with plumbers that snake the main drain to run the line at least twice to make sure everything is cleaned out.

My recommendation is DO NOT USE ACCU-PRO PLUMBERS if their customer service is as bad as Ruben's.
