If they had less than zero stars this place would get it. AHS assigned them to me.They literally sent me appointment to confirm a date that's already passed. Speaks to incompetence. Imagine the plumbing skills of this winner. Then after I text them back telling them it is not possible because the date has passed. I then a get a rude text of brilliance from them to find another plumber. Thank you! He actually did me a favor based on other reviews. Use any other plumber but these people. It's people like this that give contractors a bad name.

I had the misfortune of being assigned this vendor by my home warranty company.

My hot water heater is broken. Mike, the owner, spoke with me on a conference call with American Home Shield on Saturday, August 22nd. He said he would be there that Monday morning at 8am to assess the situation. Never came. Instead, I get an email notification that they would be coming on Wednesday between 2-4. I called for days to find out why they never came with absolutely no luck.

Wednesday came, and his tech Jim showed up. Verified that the heater needed to be replaced, and said mike would submit my paperwork to AHS that evening and contact me the following morning to schedule the repair date.

Guess what? No calls. I managed to get one text back, where he claimed the report was submitted. 10 calls to American Home Shield later, and I have verified over and over that they do not have it. It's now a full week later. I have called so many times I have lost count. I couldn't leave a VM message, because his inbox was full. I have contacted AHS and they have tried to contact Mike via phone and email. No response. If somehow, some way, he did send that report and they didn't receive if, the LEAST he could have done was respond to one of their calls or emails in regards to this phantom report.

The communication and work ethic of this vendor is deplorable. If anyone in the area needs a plumber, look elsewhere or you will be so sorry!

My Home Warranty Company assigned this company to come out and service two Toilets in my Home. Michael Adkins the Owner came to my Home today. I ask him did he have anything to cover his Shoes with? He stated to me ""NO"" and that his Shoes were (NEW),and that he wasn't taking them off! I have a sign on my door about shoes in my Home. He told me I could call my Home Warranty Company & tell them he wouldn't be coming in my Home. He also stated to me since I want to start off NASTY he is leaving. Even after I told him just come in my Home. He is very Rude & unprofessionally. I've never had a problem in the past when I've ask a service person to cover their shoes. And he's the owner of the company. WOW!

This company was assigned through our home warranty service. I had a water heater leaking everywhere, and after 2 days hadn't heard anything. Made multiple calls to Accu-plumb, and left multiple messages. Warranty service did the same. Got a message from warranty co. stating an appointment had been scheduled between 3am - 7am... really? Never heard from them personally, and they didn't show, of course. It's now been 5 days, and I've got the warranty co. looking for a plumber that cares, and wants to work.

This plumber was assigned to me by First American Warranty company. He lied to them saying he'd made an appointment with me when he hadn't. He ""reschedule"" and came out. He told me I needed a new water heater. This was Friday. He told me he would be back Tuesday to install my new water heater. I texted him Monday to confirm and he said he would see me in the morning. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. He didn't reply to texts or phone calls from me or the warranty company. He has ghosted everyone. If I could give him zero stars I would. This guy is shady and I wish he didn't know where I lived.
