Competent plumber had him for the past year on my properties. Fixed leaks here and there. Understand you might be under stress Alex but this is unprofessional and a real shietty way to talk to anyone. Business may be booming but remember you will have your peaks and valleys. Good luck

Emailed Accountable on Yelp explaining my issue and requested a price on water heater valve replacement or possibly replacing unit - responding stating "no availability". I would have expected a response in addition to that with a next available date/time....nothing. Just said "not available". Ended up emailing another plumber who responded w/available times/dates - hired them for the job needed.

I had a very poor experience with Accountable Plumbing Service. I scheduled an appointment a week out. When I called to confirm the appointment the morning of, I was told that the plumber can no longer make the appointment, and that he could maybe come the following week. It was not clear if he was going to let me know ahead of time that he could no longer make it. As this was related to a water leak, I asked if he could come earlier in the morning which he eventually agreed to do.

The task was to fix a water leak coming from my tub. The inspection when I purchased the house noted that there was an issue with the diverter which I passed on to the plumber with a note that I was not sure if that was the issue. Since I was unable to make it in person, I made arrangements for my tenant to meet him. I told him that he can look for the leak via a door in the wall behind the shower and asked him twice to give me a call once he confirmed that the diverter is the issue or once he otherwise found the issue, and that he double check before he leaves to confirm he fixed the leak. I never received a call from him but received a yelp message that the job was complete, that he fixed the diverter, and that he wanted payment. I then called him to confirm that he double checked that he fixed the issue before he left and he said he did and that there was no more leaks coming from the tub. I then promptly paid him $200.

When I got home later that day to check the tub, it was immediately clear to me that the issue was not fixed. Water was still heavily dripping from the tub. I was hoping that he would be able to come right back out either the same day or maybe the following day to fix the issue since he never fixed the leak as I paid him to. He informed that he didn't have an opening for 10 days. Basically I was at the back of the line again.

I informed him that I was not satisfied with the service and explained why. He said I only asked him to replace the diverter, which is not true as I noted that might be the issue but I wanted him to confirm and then call me, which he never did. I provided a screenshot of the related correspondence to remind him what I asked him to do. It was also evident that he never checked to see if the diverter replacement actually fixed the problem because it is very clear that the tub is still leaking. I asked for a portion of my $200 back, but he argued with me and refused and noted that if he did come back out it would be for an additional charge.

Now a week after I made an appointment with him and $200 later, I still have a leak and will need to wait another week for a different plumber to come out.

Be careful with this plumber.

Hands down the best plumber I've ever used.... And I've had to use A LOT. He was quick and easy to communicate with. On time. Explained everything to me. Gave me a quote and stuck to it exactly. Extremely professional and friendly. Told me how to handle the problem in the future... I can't say enough good things. I will never call a different plumber again if I can help it!!

When I did a load of laundry, water spilled out from my washer, water backed up into my bathtub and overflowed my toilet. I found Accountable Plumbing online and they had great reviews so I gave them a try. The reviews were right. Alex and Dave were great! Super responsive, on time, very knowledgeable. They even had to leave to get stronger equipment as the issue was bigger than originally thought. But they came right back and kept working until it was fixed. They did an amazing job! Definitely recommend.

This is the second time we have had Tom do work for us. First time was for sprinkler system leak and this time for clogged drains. Je and his partner are quick and efficient. Feel like they are fairly priced too. They will be our go to in the future. Highly recommended.

Alex was the first to make himself available and I'm 100% satisfied (super happy) with his work. The reviews are totally on point. Efficient, reliable, high quality work from an insured master plumber, very polite and professional.

He and his crew member came to my home early and on time, got right to work, installed the garbage disposal I selected/pre purchased, and it works like a charm.

Most of all, Alex identified a separate problem with my sink. It was coming apart at the seam. He went to extra trouble to fix it and was very fair with his price. His attention to detail and care made me a happy client.
