I am a landlord for a townhouse and my tenants had called to let me know they were not getting any hot water. I had another plumber go out to see what the issue was and he told me I would have to replace EVERYTHING (hot water tank, all the faucets and filters!). Keep in my this property is only 5 years old and to put in $3100 just didn't make sense. I found Josh through yelp and sent him out for a second opinion. He was able to go out the next day and FIX the issue for only $300! It was a small part on the water heater that needed to be replaced and that was it!

He is knowledgeable and VERY helpful so I will definitely be calling him again with any issues!!!

Josh came and saved the day when my up stairs tub started leaking into my downstairs kitchen. He helped with the immediate issue so I could enjoy the Christmas Holiday with my family and he came back when it was convenient for me after the holiday to complete the job.

This was just one of MANY encounters, they always do a great job. I have used Accountable Plumbing for a few years for both my home and I use them for my place of business.

I had a kitchen faucet that needed replacing so I had contacted this company and someone come out to put the new faucet in. They put it in and the faucet dripped so they told me the faucet had a manufacturer defect and that I needed to return the part to the store and get my money back. Then I was asked to pay $100.00 for the time it took for the plumber to do this work. I paid but thought this very unfair . I decided to call the manufacturer and see what they had to say. They asked me to look at the diagram that came with the faucet and I was told it was not done correctly installed. All I had to do was switch the washers around and it fixed the problem. So basically I paid 100.00 dollars to fix the faucet myself. Bravo Mr. plumber man
