Josh is great. He showed up when he said he would show up and solved a problem with a shower valve another plumber couldn't - without complaining, especially when it turned out he would have to make several trips which were likely well out of his way. All throughout, his communication via texts and phone calls were beyond what we have come to expect. When it turned out we needed a contractor to enlarge a hole, he took care of lining one up. Quickly. The best part - the price for everything, including the contractor, was reasonable when he clearly could have gouged us. As others here have said, the name of his company - accountable - pretty much sums it up.

I am a landlord for a townhouse and my tenants had called to let me know they were not getting any hot water. I had another plumber go out to see what the issue was and he told me I would have to replace EVERYTHING (hot water tank, all the faucets and filters!). Keep in my this property is only 5 years old and to put in $3100 just didn't make sense. I found Josh through yelp and sent him out for a second opinion. He was able to go out the next day and FIX the issue for only $300! It was a small part on the water heater that needed to be replaced and that was it!

He is knowledgeable and VERY helpful so I will definitely be calling him again with any issues!!!
