It was 10am on Tuesday and I get a call from my tenant, our toilet tank has a huge crack in it and is leaking all over the floor. I rush home from work to assess the situation. As we all know when you work full time your time off is valuable. Plus I had to get a new toilet installed ASAP otherwise I would have to find an alternate place for my tenant to stay that evening.

That's when I called Gabriel ""Jay"". I left a message and he returned my call within minutes. I was in luck! Lucky for me he was down the street and had just finished another job. In less than 10 minutes he was at my condo and we were headed to Home Depot to select a new toilet. I purchased it, and he was able to take it straight to my house and swap out the old toilet for the new one. Meanwhile I was able to head straight back to work. That night my tenant was able to come home to a brand new shiny toilet.

I'm so glad Gabriel was right there when I needed him. I'm not quite sure what I would have done without him. I highly recommend and trust him. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

Jay (Gabe) fixed my leaky shower today. He is knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Seems to be very conscientious about his work. Answered and returned calls right away. He's also very respectful and personable; highly recommended! I'll call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I recently had an issue with a property I own the tub was not draining and the tenants I had were very upset and wanted it fixed immediately. After contacting multiple plumbers that all wanted to schedule me out two to three days , I had the luck of calling Gabe. I could tell he was swamped with work but he heard the urgency in my voice or better yet he understood that some plumbing issues cant wait 2-3 days. He came out that day and cleared the pipes and the tub was draining properly with in 15 minutes of Gabe arrival. His price was more than reasonable, he cleaned up after and left everything spotless, and he was extremely professional. I also met his cool dog TRIXEE . No doubt 5 Star experience; he is the best plumber I have ever dealt with.

I contacted Jay in a desperate situation as our main line had backed up to the point that nothing was flowing (toilets bubbling, water backing up into shower and tub, etc.). I told Jay how this was becoming a regular occurrence. After clearing our main line, Jay noted that his cable was getting caught at 50 feet and suggested we contact Bill at SD Pipe Inspection to run a camera to locate the blockage. After the point of blockage was identified, Jay came out the next day to dig up our driveway and repair the pipe, which was brittle and invaded with tree roots. The job took him all day and the price was less than half of what I was expecting to pay for a job so labor- and time- intensive. He also had Bill w/ SD Pipe Inspection return to re-run his camera through the new clean-out to the city line in our street to ensure that there were no additional problems after the point that was repaired. Jay was professional, courteous, thorough and trustworthy. He went above and beyond to ensure that our long-standing problem had been fixed, and at a very fair price. He's a good person who does exceptional work. And his dog Trixie was a big hit with my kids! I can't recommend Accolade Plumbing highly enough!

I switched over from Absolute Plumbing to Accolade Plumbing and I'm so grateful I found them.

Gabriel got me a same-day appointment, was there EARLY not just on time, fixed the issue within 40 minutes and cleaned up and was out the door. I couldn't be more appreciative of a company that knows how to excel in great customer service.

He also didn't upsell me on services that I apparently did not need, but that my previous company was pushing me to have done. He even gave me evidence as to what he did, how he did and why he wouldn't have me do the alternative suggestion from Absolute Plumbing.

Fair pricing and excellent service. Will use for all future plumbing issues.

Man, Gabe is great. I woke up to a broken, leaking water heater and was recommended Accolade. Gabe was over in less than 30 minutes and did a great job. We went to Home Depot and he showed me the various options, with the pros and cons. Came back and replaced the water heater very quick and professional. Never tried to sell me unnecessary things and gave me a great deal. Gabe does great work, is very professional and does not overprice or try to sell you unnecessary items. I will definitely use him in the future.

Really nothing new to say: Jay is a great plumber and his pricing is very fair. I had him work on three projects for me and he did them all efficiently and I felt his charges were honest. A couple months later I needed a plumber and Jay wasn't available so I tried Adept Plumbing (also well reviewed on Yelp). Huge mistake. Adept got the job done, but the technician did not inspire any confidence and I really felt like there was a price gouge. My advice: Call Jay first. Oh, and at the time he helped me, he didn't take credit cards. If you don't have cash or a check book, better see if this has changed before he comes out.

He was very prompt and did a great job!

I have never called a plumber before so I wasnt sure what to expect. He gave me a quote over the phone when I told him exactly what happened but when he got here and accessed the problem he actually said it was going to be less then the original quote over the phone.

He did a good job and cleaned up any drippings that occurred while he was here. I would definitely call him again if I needed a plumber.

It seems a bit redundant but I was one of those skeptics who thought all these reviews and the 5 star ratings had to be too good to be true or someone paying off Yelp. However, with no better options I decided to go for it.

My kitchen sink had been leaking and despite workarounds of eating out and using the bathroom sink, I realized it finally needed to be fixed. After a terrible do-it-yourself friend attempt at fixing the pipes I finally called Jay on Saturday saying it was not an emergency. He got right back to me and let me know that Saturdays are typically only emergencies, which I was fine with I just wanted to get something on the books. He was busy and asked me to call in a couple of hours. Because I got busy I didn't end up calling back until later Monday and left a message. He got back to me first thing Tuesday and when my schedule allowed me to finally call him back at 3 he said he could be over by 4:30. I tried to explain that would be a bit early for me, but I'd be happy to wait and schedule for a different day during the week to make it early. Jay stopped me and told me ""he'd put me off"" and that even if it took him coming at 9pm he was going to fix my sink today. I was certainly impressed. And he absolutely did not put me off, it's a business and I heard back in under 24 each time, perfectly reasonable considering I clearly stated it was not an emergency.

As for the service, he arrived promptly when he said he would and gave a very accurate assessment and was absurdly polite and left things immaculate. Additionally, the price was completely reasonable and he even lowballed himself on labor. Hopefully I won't need to use him again for a while, but will 100% use Accolade for any future plumbing needs.
