The bathroom fan was leaking water every time we took a shower. I don't know much about plumbing or electricity but I do know that water and electricity don't mix. I emailed Mark in the morning and by the afternoon he emailed me back with an appointment. He came a few days later at a time that worked for us, sorted out our issue and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the possible issues, our solution, and it was all done at a fair rate. What also really appreciated was his cleanliness. He wore booties when walking around the house and was just really respectful of trying to keep things in order. I will TOTALLY book him again for handyman services. If you don't know what you're doing with home improvements in your home call Mark. Sure you can watch Youtube videos and sort it out , but honestly you're going to save time and money by hiring this dude.

Little girls can be so creative! For example, right before we were having guests our daughters put a plastic cap just the perfect size to clog our toilet and make it irretrievable. Happy New Year!

I am actually quite handy with a wrench and I often try to fix my own home repairs, but in this case I couldn't get it out with the plumber's snake. Sometimes I do not have the tools or the time to do the job.

As you have seen from the other reviews, Mark is efficient, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would also note that he came to fix our toilet on New Year's Eve, pulled the toilet off, fished out the cap, and installed the toilet in about an hour. He also installed a microwave for us at our condo and was flexible with schedule changes while we were waiting on a delivery.

He is very pleasant and was patient with our two little curious girls. Highly recommended and I will use him again.

Mark provided an exceptional level of service and care when doing some recent home repairs at our Redwood City home. He was knowledgeable, efficient and his rates are beyond fair and reasonable!

Not only did he directly answer my call, but came out the very next morning to do the repair work. He arrived exactly on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and efficiently completed the work. Then, later in the same day, we had another unexpected repair issue come up, called him and he came right over. He again knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the repair promptly and professionally. Unbelievable!

I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mark is organized, efficient and neat and tidy - what a relief to find a great handyman for all those fixes around the house that we don't have the time or expertise to take care of! Mark is honest too because he identified what does and doesn't need a big repair, and offered helpful suggestions. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and plan on having him return soon for a few more repair items.

Mark is really as good as it gets! I need ONE single light switch replaced in Redwood City. I called several handyman services. Most of them ignored the small job and some want a hefty minimum to do it. Mark responded to my voicemail quickly, advised me of his fee (very reasonable), set up an appointment on the same day, and showed up exactly on time, ready to start. It took him very little time to replace the switch even though I misinformed him what type of switch it was. The finished work is perfect. He was friendly, efficient, considerate of the environment he worked in (a girl's bathroom) and very conscientious about costs. Just after this one small job, he earned my trust and I feel comfortable to leave his number with my tenants so they can call him directly for repairs. Kudos to great service and an honest man!

Mark is hands down the fastest and most cost effective handyman I have come across. I've worked with several handymen from all around the Bay Area and Tri Valley, but Mark charges the best rates. He is able to do so because he is very efficient and offers the most resourceful solutions out of all those I've interviewed and worked with. I will keep using his services going forward. Real happy to find a handyman whom I can work with for the long term.

What can I say other than you should call no one else except Mark My latest call to him was because a pipe was leaking at my rental property. I called Mark on a Sunday and he called back right away, came and fixed the leaking pipe before I knew it. I have used Mark for many different odds and ends which were needed during a move from one house to another and each job was done with 5+++ stars. Don't even think about calling anyone else. Amazing service, great communication. After coming to my house at 8am, Mark determined that the work I requested was not necessary. He stayed for 30 minutes to talk to me about what I was seeing, why it was ok, and what more concerning signs would be. Then left without charging me a dime! I have never experienced service like this before.
