Contacted Yelp for my need to troubleshoot/replace my water heater at my house in Pioneer and Paul was one of the first to reply among 3 others. Looked up his company review on Yelp and I thought, can't go wrong with this guy. He provided me a quote via text message which was great since it saves time for both of us, the quote was very fair. He came to troubleshoot my water heater situation and we both decided it is best to replace the unit since it is 7 years old. He installed the new unit and hauled away the old one. Very professional and came in 5 minutes before our agreed upon time. I am a fan of this guy and his work I thought was great! Water heater working and I am a happy camper!

Paul is a stand-up professional! He came promptly and gave me a fair up front quote for the work. He was direct and friendly and was able to repair and patch the wall with no issues.

We had a bunch of difficulties with the gas company as well and he went above and beyond, speaking with the company and city officials on our behalf to try to expedite inspection and get things turned back on. He also needed to grab some equipment for the testing and rather than charge us through for them, waived the cost and kept the tools for himself. Definitely going to be calling him again in the future.

Paul is an absolute professional!!! Rats chewed through two PEX water lines in the attic and the water was leaking to the point that I started seeing wet spots on my ceiling.

I noticed the leak Sunday late afternoon and I put out the requests through Yelp. After about fifteen minutes he called me up and I told him I had two water lines leaking in the attic. He immediately told me to shut off my main water valve which prevented a costly dry wall repair. His cool and calm professional definitely helped me out in this tough situation.

Out of the four companies that contacted me, he was the only plumber who told me to shut off my water. That truly helped me out since I was in panic mode and it was Sunday late afternoon.

We set up an appointment for the very next day and he showed up right on time. He repaired the lines, tested them and told me if I needed anything else to let him know.

His price was reasonable and his workmanship was awesome. I will use Paul and Access Sewer for any other issues that may come up. I highly recommend!!
