Worst customer service ever!!! Heath and Adam are nice on the phone but lie when it comes to taking care of things promised (free estimate). After calling just about every day for weeks, they NEVER returned calls as promised. Still waiting for a call from Roger... Tyson came out in January to give a ""free"" (according to Adam) estimate for a slab leak that we already knew everything about. Tyson came out and did not have to detect anything or use a single tool since my husband showed him exactly where the issue was and used his own temperature sensor too. We were charged $85 for nothing and then told by Adam it would be refunded to my credit card. That was 5 weeks ago!! They keep making excuses about not calling back or being unavailable because they were just sold. Take care of your customers regardless of the old or new company! Parents used them, recommended them and have a maintenance plan. Hope they have better luck than me. Tried to give them an opportunity to make it right, but they obviously don't care. Not recommended at all!!!

Heath and the office/crew are awesome! Did a 2 bathroom conversion(shower to jacuzzi tub/bath to shower) Crew showed up every day as scheduled and communicated through every phase. Professional and maintained work site from start to finish in a clean/safe manner. Job completed ahead of schedule. I recommend this company for all your plumbing/electrical issues. Fair pricing and quality work.

I'd like to thank Roger and the technician that came out, Tyson- to my parents home today to replace their hot water tank. Roger was very kind and helpful on the phone. I felt my parents were getting the run around from American Home Shield with the company they referred them too on Wednesday. I thought about looking at the heater and who installed- it was Access Services Group- called and even though it's the holiday weekend, Roger understood the urgency with my parents and 96 year old grandmother needing hot water. He called Tyson that was on-call, he arrived in an hour, essentially saved the day! Tyson was knowledgeable, kind and cleaned up after work completed.

Our family used Access Service Group for the plumbing service on October 15th and 16th of this month. We wanted to let everyone know we had a gentleman named Courtney who came and did a great job for us both days. He was very knowledgeable and nice to be around. He was quick and thorough with his job. He fixed our toilet and a couple other things and it came out great. We recommend this company and Courtney.

Wish I could give them a zero. They charged over $700 for new air conditioning parts and 6 months later the pipe is dripping so much water it has damaged my stucco and asphalt. The company blamed the builder and couldn't explain why this issue didn't occur in the last 13 years.

I needed to have 220 power shut off and 120 put in, dimmer switches installed and one outlet moved. Access Services Group was recommended to me by the company renovating my kitchen. Everything I needed done was described in detail to Access, including photos sent of exactly what was needed. Access sent out a guy who arrived and had, he said, no idea of what the job entailed and who had to go shopping for the parts he needed and so of course I was charged for that time. He also came without the proper tools and borrowed tools from the work crew doing the kitchen renovation! He proceeded to install the new 20V outlets I needed but used 14 gauge wire instead of the correct 20 gauge wire! He also installed new dimmer switches so that you had to turn the light on by flipping the switch down (could easily be done the correct/normal way) and he left the cover plates standing well over 1/8 inch off the wall. I called them and they sent another guy to fix the cover plates so they would sit closer to the wall and to turn the dimmer switches around as well. A different electrician I hired later discovered the wrong gauge wire issue. Before the original Access guy got too far down the road I also discovered he had overcharged me by one hour as well (which was adjusted). Go elsewhere for quality work!

I called access services the day after Thanksgiving 2017 I spoke with Roger the problem was my refrigerator and freezer and garage door all were not working. The first thing Roger said, ""before we schedule an appointment let me try to walk you
Through it and try and fix the problem ...well he FIXED IT!!!!!I saved money on the service call and my food in the fridge and freezer!!!! Thank you Roger for being so sweet and kind and rescuing this damsel in distress!!! I would highly recommend this company

I recently bought a home (1968 construction), so it needs love. I had some electric issues in the kitchen and initially called my home warranty (I won't renew), they sent out someone from another company who basically looked for every reason to deny responsibility and in reality fabricated the issues. I contacted my Realtor, Berkshire Hathaway and they directed me to access as there is a ""special rate"" for their customers.

I had two different electricians out on 3 occasions ( a lot of work). The kitchen problem was a tripped breaker! I did have them install 18 new lights, one being added in master bath shower and 3 outside security lights installed. I could not be happier with the quality of the work performed or the guys who attended to me, Brian and Russell. For sure I'll seek out Access in the future for all needs.

Also they were available on short notice, I had some vacation days and appreciated being able to check this project off my bucket list.

I believe they are honest.

We needed AC repair in a hurry as we had a bed ridden family member. We called Access on recommendation of a friend and we're so thankful we did. Though the repair was simple, the technicians took the time to look the whole system over and not jump to conclusions. Heath is very professional and polite, couldn't ask for better customer service during a stressful situation

Reasonably priced emergency service IMO. Will definitely keep their number for future needs.
