Charges 3X the price to do a simple job as other Licensed Plumbing Companies, and does not fix the problem. Looks for the simple solution and does not verify that your leak has been fixed. Technicians are rude and looking for what ever is the easy way to do something and charge you a lot. If you are going to use this company, I recommend you get a price quote first and a second opinion before you let them do the job. Don't make the same mistake that I made. Beware, they will have to come back to fix what they didn't do right in the first place.

I would give zero, if it were an option. They were hired to fix leaky facets, clean drains, and to make certain I would have no more leaks from my washing machine. A friend met the plumber at my house. I was charged over $140 to fix a leaky outside faucet. When I checked on it, it was still leaking and only a handle had been changed out. I sent a video of it leaking and they sent someone out to replace the entire faucet. The plumber cleaned out the drain in my bathroom and complained to my friend about the hair he took out of the drain (imagine that, hair in a bathroom drain). I was invoiced over $150 for stainless steel hoses for the washing machine. Three months later my entire house flooded because a splitter had broken that allowed water to go to the dryer for steam. I felt they were responsible, as I had specifically asked them to do what they needed to do to make sure the washing machine would not leak again. Although the splitter looks brand new and the washing machine and dryer were installed almost nine years ago, they are taking no responsibility, claiming they did not install it.
